Wonderful and chic 1 bedroom apartment 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds (1 queen in bedroom and pullout in living room) Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!
Other things to note
This unit is part of a gorgeous , historic triplex in the heart of downtown Wilmington. There is another 1 bedroom apartment in addition to this unit upstairs, as well as a terrific downstairs 2 bedroom apartment.

A fantastic experience, such a whimsical and beautifully decorated space, and in walking distance to everything! Being able to walk right out to door to Bespoke (an amazing coffee shop) and then along the boardwalk with our coffees in the early morning was such a highlight of our stay!

That seems a little harsh. All because the dishwasher broke while you were there? The counter tops are gorgeous and brand new.As is the paint and ninety percent of the furniture Sorry you had to wash your dishes by hand lol

Awesome Host!

This place was perfect for my mom, daughter, and I. Although there were a couple of minor issues (sheets & lights) when we arrived, Steve took care of things immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Would stay here again!
