Perfect getaway

The house is absolutely incredible. Victorian style and beautifully done. The location was perfect, and the host was available and eager to help in anyway possible. Looking forward to staying there again in the future. I would highly recommend this place.

What a gem!

This property exceeded all expectations. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family here and could not have been more pleased with this stay. The house was well stocked for all of our needs and we were very comfortable. The modern upgrades did not take away from the eclectic charm of original decor. Would love to stay here again!

It's the best

Very spacious, very clean, and absolutely beautiful. Chandeliers in nearly every room including some bathrooms. It had everything that we needed. A great location to neat shopping and eating. Would have walked if there had not been a heat advisory. Downtown Sulphur Springs is very neat !!!

Beautiful Home

Gorgeous and spacious property. Plenty of room for our party of four. Fans in every bedroom for those who like to sleep with fan noise. Callie is very responsive to messages and communication was great. We loved it! Had a wonderful time. Will definitely stay again should we find ourselves in the area in the future. Perfect home for our stay!

The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed it so much. My girls loved the piano and even learned to play a few songs during our stay. It was SPOTLESS and so beautiful! I'm a sucker for a historic house and this one has been well taken care of and is in great shape. It is 2 blocks from the main downtown area with tons of local shops and restaurants and about 5-10 from I-30 and the more commercialized area of town. We were in town for the State TBall tournament and had to extend our stay at the last minute and Jayne was quick to respond and help with our request. I would 100% recommend staying here anytime you visit Sulphur Springs!

Highly recommend

We spent the weekend in Sulphur Springs with family enjoying all the weekend activities and catching up with one another. The property was immaculate and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather while enjoying privacy at the same time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, yet you are a quick walk to wonderful restaurants offering a wide range of delicious menu options. There is a carriage house available to rent as well should you need more space. It is the perfect venue for wedding receptions, family reunions, bridal/baby showers, or any special event or as we enjoyed, a family weekend. You are a short walk to the town square which is always busting with community activities and many unique shopping options. Our family highly recommends this beautiful home for your next Sulphur Springs stay.

Beds are really comfortable. And it’s nice that each room has a restroom. I wish there was an actual shower because the tubs are really narrow and felt like I was going to fall out while showering. And it’s nice having a parking spot and walk 1/2 a block to the downtown area because there is never any parking on the street. But would rent again when we come back to Sulphur springs.
