Located in the heart of the secure Anthéor estate, along the legendary Corniche d’Or, this recently renovated villa offers breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the red rocks of the Estérel plunging into the water.
The property benefits from two private parking spaces (shared access with the neighboring villa). Fully air-conditioned, it features generous, light-filled interiors: a spacious living and dining area opening onto expansive terraces, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms with double beds, one of which includes an additional single bed. Two bathrooms with bathtubs and a separate toilet complete the sleeping area.
Outside, a stunning heated infinity pool with generous dimensions blends seamlessly into the panoramic setting. Sun loungers and relaxation areas invite you to fully enjoy the sunshine and the exceptional surroundings.
A naturally cool basement level, ideal during the summer months, offers a foosball table for convivial moments with family or friends.
