Great Fishing Weekend

Me and one of my friends come to Florida once a year to fish with a couple of our good friends and this was the perfect place for us. The property was very nice, clean, communication with ownership was easy, and we had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun weekend stay.

We had an amazing stay here! Jeff, the host was very easy to reach, kind, and quick to respond to any questions. Some of our highlights were the beautiful sunsets on our master bedroom balcony, the nook bed under the stairway, pelicans, the proximity to some of our favorite restaurants, laundry room inside the master bedroom closet, and all of the fun spices they had in the kitchen. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and peaceful, but also fun! We highly recommend! - The Lambs

Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing stay! The house was perfectly decorated, super clean, and well stocked! Not to mention, the beds were incredibly comfortable - the best we’ve ever slept in at a rental property (and we travel frequently). Location was exactly what we wanted. The only thing that could make it better would be a pool and boat lift! 😉

Cozy rental

This property was comfortable, clean and cozy. It was updated and had little comforts such as a coffee bar, well supplied kitchen and blankets for relaxing in the living room at night. Boat dockage, as well. The AC was nice and cool. I would recommend this unit to any friend.

The photos in the listing do not align with the actual property. upon arriving there is NO indication that the rental is UPSTAIRS. We entered the front door down stairs with the door code and walked in on a couple sleeping in bed.

Jef was a great host! Property was A! Beyond our expectations. We stayed on 2nd and Third floor. Place was super clean and well decorated. Felt right at home. Boat ramp was one canal over for easy launch. Boat dock was falling apart but was still able to safely park along pilings. Jeff also mentioned he's putting in a lift so understandable! Nice parking even for boat trailer! Will 100% stay here again on our next trip.

Newly remodeled and beautifully done. All the creature comforts of home. Perfect for our family of 4. Ample parking for vehicle and trailer. Boat dockage on the canal. Perfect location to all that pine island sound and charlotte harbor have to offer. Will definitely be back!
