Two minutes from the town of Ludlow and Okemo Mountain, on a secluded road. Fully furnished, washer/dryer. Propane fireplace, AC and grill and outdoor table included. King size bed in primary, Queen bedroom, Full bedroom, and bunks in overflow area with additional sleeper sofa in living room. Basement ideal for kids to play video/board games, foosball table, checkers, jenga and an extensive DVD collection to watch movies on the projection screen. Widened driveway with plenty of parking. Fire pit outside enjoy the quiet and all nature in VT has to offer!

Comfy house and great communication

Stephanie's place has all you need for a lovely stay in the Ludlow area. Well located to ski, hike and town. Great communication with the host and she made us feel really welcome!

Wonderful Stay

Great home with plenty of room for the whole family. Super close to Okemo and downtown area. Kids loved playing in the basement. Excellent communication from host. Book this place without hesitation - such a hidden gem.

Wonderful, comfortable place

Me and my friends's family liked staying here. It had everything we needed and was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Close to Okemo for skiing. 5 mins drive. We would definitely stay here again. Stenphie the host, communicated well and was a kind and gracious host.

Wonderful stay near Okemo

Our group had a really great time at Stephanie's home. Lots of bedrooms and living areas which made our stay comfortable with our group of friends. Only 5 minutes from Okemo which was also a perk, and the home was very clean! Stephanie accommodated a request related to a ski related injury which was a huge help to us. Definitely would stay again!

The Kinkle family treated us like family. The property description is perfect. Stephanie was available for questions. The road is nice for a walk. The lawn was a perfect place for grand kids. We had a great time. Thank you.

Great group ski trip

We stayed at the property for a Sunday to Wednesday ski trip to Okemo. The house is 5 minutes away from the mountain. The house was cozy and comfortable. Lots of sitting space in the dinning and living room to accommodate a large group. We had 10 in our group. 3 were preteen boys. Beds were comfortable and the house was tastefully decorated. The bunk room is connected to the master and has a shower/powder room attached as well. You walk through the bunk to the master. The basement has a converted Rec room area with a wall heater and electric fireplace. There is also a bedroom down in the basement. It has an electric heater. It does heat up in there so don’t be alarmed if it’s very cold when you get there. The Rec room stays a little on the chilly side. I would wear crocs, flops or socks down there. For us we had one adult in the basement bedroom and he had no complaints. The kids loved the Rec room. Bring a PlayStation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you accidentally forgot. The road the house is located on has little to no traffic and is quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to Stephanie for her great communication. She was a pleasure to work with.

Great location to town and to Okemo Mountain. Owner is GREAT!

The house was perfect for our family of 8. 3 Adults and 5 kids from ages 12-17yrs old. It was literally a 5 min drive. Location was perfect for us. The rooms and were nice and everything was provided, linens and towels. When you're traveling with all your gears, it is nice not to have to think about packing linens and towels. Kitchen had everything you need to cook breakfast and dinner. The owner, Stephanie, was so nice and recommended places for dinner especially with kids. If I had a question, Stephanie responded right away. She was great. I would definitely rent again next year. Great memories were made this holiday! Thank you!

My husband and I have been avid skiers and snowmobile riders our whole lives and share our passion for these hobbies with our two sons ages 12 & 14. We have spent many years traveling to VT and were finally able to purchase this home which we will primarily will occupy during the Winter months. We hope others are able to enjoy the location during the other seasons, there is so much to do here!

We chose 227 Preedom Hill S because of its location of course!!! It has direct VAST (snowmobile access) from the home and is just 5 minutes to the base of Okemo Mtn.
We enjoy being on a quiet road but are still close enough to get out and grab a bite locally! Most amenities are on the main level, when the grandparents want to join us for the weekend there is only one step to the front door. Convenient for groceries and luggage.
