Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this cozy condo, which is situated on the pristine banks of the Pinon Lake Reservoir and only three miles west of downtown Pagosa. It's just a short drive from many landmark attractions, such as the Wolf Creek Ski Area and state parks including the famed World's Deepest and Mineral Hot Springs. The Pagosa Springs Golf Club is onsite as well as lakeside fishing, cross-country skiing, horseback riding, hiking and downhill skiing. Wake up to amazing views that will catch your breath. Quiet neighborhood with nearby world-class gym, minutes from the World's Deepest Hot Springs. Close to stores. Sidewalks all around for biking and hiking. Enjoy breath-taking views while strolling on the property.

Anthony was very welcoming. Unit was VERY clean upon arrival. Beautiful view of the mountains. Spacious for 4 adults and our dog. Loved the dog "amenities." Would definitely stay here again!

The host was great easy to work with. The housekeeper was a keeper. We loved the views and the fireplace. Already planning a return visit next September. Need I say more.

Overall this condo was great. It felt larger than what the photos convey. Had a great patio/deck but wish there there was a table to go with the nice chairs to eat meals and play games at outside.

Lots to like about this property: - Very clean, great view, nice & spacious. The unit has a bedroom with a king bed, and a murphy bed in the main area. The main area is very spacious & there's plenty of room to get around even when the murphy bed is down. The unit has 2 full bathrooms that are both good sized as well. There were plenty of towels and both were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. There is an in-unit washer and dryer that made laundering our towels and suits a breeze after visiting the hot springs. The kitchen is economy-sized but well-stocked with all you need if you decide to cook. The coffee maker was great. A nice touch was provided food and water bowels for the dog. Other appreciated touches were ample paper towels and detergent for the washer and dishwasher. The unit is about 4 miles outside downtown Pagosa, which we preferred but you certainly won't be able to walk to the Hot Springs from here. However, the view from the unit was lovely and there were ample options for walking the dog. King Soopers and Walmart are super close. It only adds about 5 minutes to the drive up to Wolf Creek. If we ever travel to Pagosa in the future, I would be happy to stay here again.

Great Property

This property is in a nice, safe area. The condo is cozy and clean. There is a great view of Pagosa Peak from the back. There’s a great patio to enjoy the view. There are many options for food nearby, and close to Walmart, great grocery store, anything you might need is close by. We enjoyed our stay !

Nice hideaway

Nice location, quiet area, walking paths all around, grocery store within walking distance and many more positives. I'll absolutely be staying here again when I come back with my wife next year. My son and I enjoyed our stay and we got some nice bike riding in on the Turkey Springs trails about 10 minutes away.

Great Place, that met all out needs!

Stayed here onlyvone night, but it was wonderful and the back porch was wonderful to sit on.

I loved the spacious floorplan and mountain views. Nicely decorated. There were 4 of us and we appreciated having 2 baths and the sleeping setup (sleeps 6). There were plenty of towels so we could take them to the hot springs spa. The only disappointment was that the fireplace was chained closed so we could not have the beautiful fire we imagined from the photograph.

This unit presents you with a feeling of home away from home. One level unit with spacious one-bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom with a king bed is separated from the living room with a Murphy bed and a sofa, thus providing some privacy among guests. You will appreciate the economy of a fully equipped kitchen, and the convenience of a washer/dryer.

Free Wifi with sufficient speed to manage your workload.

Scenic rocky mountains surround this area with numerous hiking trails and other recreational activities. There is a world class gym with huge swimming pool within walking distance. Many sidewalks for biking, running and strolling. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. You are sure to enjoy a very clean unit and surrounding. HOA is quite efficient in seeing to a clean environment.
30 min drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area,;
One hour drive to Durango, CO, where you can enjoy a scenic train ride on the famous Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, or take a stroll along bustling Main Avenue for an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Check out Las Animas river walk while in Durango.
