Accommodation: On the ground floor on the right side, this apartment of about 44m2 includes a living room with a convertible sofa type Clic-clac and a flat-screen TV, an open kitchen equipped with a cooker 4 hobs and electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer part, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A living room serves two bedrooms with 1 bed in 140cm each, a bathroom and a separate toilet.Guests can enjoy the large garden surrounding the house, with its garden furniture and a private charcoal barbecue.COMMON STATION ON JARDIN CLOS - ANIMALS NOT ADMITTED To be paid no later than 1 week before arrival: * A "Accommodation" deposit only by bank print (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable depending on the rental. This bank authorization will be lifted by us within one month of the end of the rental. This period may be extended to three months, if rehabilitation requires the intervention of an outside enterprise.* A "household" security deposit only by bank print (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises should be kept clean.
