Located within 2 miles of four hospitals! Perfect for two adults, and pets welcome. (Infants welcome, but not child-proofed for a mobile baby or toddler). In the most charming and eclectic area in Albuquerque - NOB HILL - along the Old Route 66 (Central Ave). Fully walkable. Approximately 1200 square ft with 2 br+ 2 ba, has been fully renovated while keeping its original strength and character. Hardwood floors and saltillo tile mixed with updated color schemes and furnishings. Two outdoor spaces for enjoying coffee or happy hour!

You get the charm of Nob Hill - walking distance to the best restaurants and shops and all the energy of the Nob Nill / University Heights area - while just minutes from I-25 and I-40, downtown, Old Town, and Uptown.
