Newly renovated open concept kitchen features new Stainless steel appliances, huge kitchen island, nicely equipped to prepare and serve basic meals, spices, oil, & Keurig coffee maker.

Bedrooms feature new & comfortable memory foam mattresses, there is a King bed in master, queen in 2nd bedroom and trundle single beds in 3rd bedroom which will sleep up to four! Living room couches convert to beds as well for additional guests. Washer and dryer free of charge!

This is a wonderful property! There were three main pros I found in this property. First, the manager, Robert, was amazing. He was professional, kind, and very responsive. Second, the listing and pictures were an extremely accurate representation of the actual property. Third, the property was very clean and everything was in working order. Other things worth noting, the kitchen was well equipped and included coffee k-pods and spices for cooking. The house is furnished with everything you need to be comfortable, but is not cluttered. The location was nice and easily accessible. Honestly, the only con was that there was no bath/shower soap provided, but luckily I had an extra bar soap in my bag. I think this may have just been an oversight by the cleaning crew anyway. Everything else was perfect! I would definitely stay at this property again!

Great home base for Albuquerque vacation
We enjoyed the house. It is conveniently located and easy to get around Albuquerque. The game room provided lots of fun for all of us. The house is clean and the entrance is easy for coming and going. We would rent this house again.

Albuquerque wedding trip
This home was close to the wedding venue we were attending so the location was perfect. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining area and living room allowed us to spend quality time together. This was so much better than renting hotel rooms. We had the best time at your wonderful home. Thank you Robert for amazing time we had while staying in your home.

Family friendly, clean and comfortable
This house was perfect for our family. Conveniently located in a nice area with a golf course near by and a play room fun for kids and adults. Property manager had excellent communication and the house was as described. Would recommend for any family looking for comfortable get away.
