What makes this home extra special is its desirable location. You are within easy walking distance (5 mins.) or bike ride to the beach access and 1 mile to Seaside. There are so many boutiques and restaurants to explore near ‘Rollin’ Tides!’

Relax on the balcony that overlooks the large community pool that your kids will never want to leave!

You will love cooking delicious food in this beautiful kitchen that has stainless steel appliances! Gather around the table for an intimate dinner at home, followed by a restful night's sleep in your beach-vibe bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and then there is 1 full and 2 twin beds sleeping 6. In each bedroom, you’ll find a flat screen TV. The home also has its own washer and dryer inside the unit. All dogs must be approved and there is an additional non-refundable $350 pet fee.

• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• Dogs under 25lbs are allowed and require a $350 pet fee. (2 dog maximum)

Nice family getaway

Location was an easy 5 minute or so all to the beach and golf cart made it easier when carrying coolers and chairs.

Great Location

We really enjoy the Seagrove area and this property is right in the thick of it. Walking distance from everything, and the golf cart and bikes are a huge perk.

Wonderful stay!!

Everything was great but walls are incredibly thin. You can hear upstairs neighbors very clearly. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at a great price. Loved the quietness of the pool and closeness to everything. Golf cart was a huge plus and we enjoyed it so much. Love that it was pet friendly. Would stay here again!

Just what we needed

Property was as advertised. It was just what we needed for our group. Management group was very accommodating for us and responsive to all Questions. Location is great and we spent most of the time on the beach which was a short walk from the property.

Great vacation

We had a great time at Rollin Tides. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything went smoothly from the time I made reservations until the time we checked out. The golf cart and bicycles were an added bonus! I highly recommend using Sand Dollar One!

June vacation

Great location. Overall mostly clean, except carpet that needs replaced and was very dirty/ coming apart. Lack of dishes / kitchen appliances & utensils was a downside. Second floor location was horrible with sounds from the third floor. We could hear every footstep & children running / bouncing balls at every hour of the day & night.

It was good

We booked this trip for my daughter‘s 15th birthday. The proximity to the beach was nice however I do wish it came with a golf cart instead of that being 80 more a day and it would’ve been nice if they’ve had a few more amenities in the kitchen, the master bed wasn’t very comfortable, but overall the condo was nice. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything which I had read in previous reviews.

Our stay at Rollin’ Tides

The 2nd floor condo we stayed in was updated and clean. We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes. We were a short distance to 30A Seaside and food airstreams. We were distracted by loud noise above us from the third floor condo for several nights. The condo should have had more silverware and cooking pans. The sliding door was missing a screen along with a middle bedroom screen. On the PRO side, our host was excellent getting back to us ASAP with any questions or problems.

family vacation

We enjoyed the area of the condo alot. It was a very laid back atmosphere. The pool area was nice and not too crowded but the pool needed to be cleaned. We never saw a pool maintenance person cleaning the pool. The condo needs a few essential items as well. We cooked one night and there were no oven mitts in the kitchen. Also the oven door when opened scrubbed the refrigerator door as it was too close to each other. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. I always point out things that could be improved on when we rent a property so the owner is aware. thank you.
