Good stay!

Great condo experience. Very clean, ample space, loved the pool, good restaurants nearby.Only downside was that they accidentally gave our room code to another guest who walked into our property the same day (it was ultimately our booking but that was very frustrating). They gave us a wine basket as an apology.

Wonderful Vacation spot!

Property had everything we needed as a family of four plus grandparents. Better than advertised! 5 min walk to the beach and handy gas station. Enjoyed the nearby restaurants in walking distance. Bikes were a great bonus! We will be back.

This is our second time at this property in this unit. We absolutely love it here! Always clean and always have what we need. Centrally located. Easy walk to beach and a very nice pool. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our trip to the 30A. The property was very clean and comfortable. The pool was great when we were done with the beach for the day. The bikes were a great addition to come with the rental. Our girls enjoyed riding them down to the beach and back. We would definitely book this condo again!

Very welcoming condo

Everything was exactly as advertised. The bikes with the rental was super nice to have and the kitchen had more utensils than I have in my own kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay, great location

Loved the layout, suited out family’s needs perfectly. Having the 2 bikes available was fantastic. Easy bike ride to the beach and Seaside. The screened porch was nice and loved having the pool nearby. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great getaway

This place is perfect. Short walk or ride to the beach. It was so quiet and peaceful when we were there. Bikes were a huge bonus!!! We had so much fun riding to eat and to Seaside. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean!!!

Our family loved the location! It was an easy walk to the beach. There were showers on the board walk & at the condo gate entrance. We enjoyed the pool & the bikes. My daughter & I rode bikes every day. The condo was comfortable!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this property, everything was as listed and perfect. Only feedback I have would be that it would have been nice to know that the beach was not handicap accessible unless you drive to the public portion. Made it a challenge the 1st few times and would benefit some other family to list that beach access is only by stairs. Other the. That everything was perfect!!! Thanks for the great stay!!!

We had a good stay at Seagrove Highlands. The location is good and easy to get to the beach. The bikes are a plus. We ride bikes everywhere. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. I would recommend this condo. We can’t wait to come back!

A little misleading on distance

Overall our stay was good. Two things the entrance to the "public " beach is a longer walk than listed. Also, it says this unit fits 7 but with grown kids you can't fit 3 in the bunk rm. So, we put one on the couch. Some of the sheets didn't fit the bedding properly. We enjoyed the home, pool & beach while there.

August 2019 Stay

Overall had a very nice stay at Churchill by the Sea. Only drawback was that the glassware wasn’t very sturdy and one cup broke right in the sink. Also there were very few glasses, so we had to keep cleaning the glasses every time we used them.

Great spot!!

This was a great spot! Very clean and spacious. Worked perfectly for us and our two young kids. It was too cold to use the pool, which was a bummer, but we could see it from our deck so it is a great location for that! We drove to the beach, I think you could walk but it would be a jaunt, especially with young kids. Quick drive and we got lucky with parking both times-went late morning. Thanks for everything, we would highly recommend booking here!!!

As advertised

This unit was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool and we were pretty close to it. We didn’t use the bikes but to be honest it wasn’t clear how to if we had wanted them. We also drove down the road to the beach access so we could park. The bedroom tv wasn’t working and after we called they responded quickly and fixed it. We would book this unit again.

Nice property

Condo was nice. Unfortunately we were told to leave early due to loud music. However we never received a warning or a call from the property manager. They entered the condo when we were at dinner and found the girls room to be messy with clothes all over. Disappointed in communication about any complaints they received because we would have rectified it immediately.

Only "problem" ( it was not really a problem) the walls are thin. You could hear people walking around upstairs. I would give that a 2 on a loud scale of 1-10. It was not bad at all. Being by the evaluator was not a problem at all. It made it perfect. The distance to the beach was perfect. I might bring my parents here. Great place!!

First Time Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was OK. There was dried food in the fridge, on the sink and cabinets. There were also little dirty handprints on tv's, cabinets, appliances. I had not wifi or cable all week. The cleaning of the unit was lacking. There were dirty stains on floor, dishes with dried food, washer and dryer were filthy. The unit itself was beautiful was the upkeep and cleaning was very lacking. The employees at Oversee were great. Everytime I called they seemed really concerned. I would rent again but if I arrive to a unit in the same condition I will call to be moved.
