このプロパティは、2016年と2017年に完全に改装されました。 インテリアは再設計されました。 各ベッドルームにはホテルの特徴があり、独自のシャワーとトイレが備わっています。 ダイニングテーブルのある中央のリビングルーム、ゆったりとしたアームチェアとスマートテレビのある暖炉があります。 調理エリアからは、塩素を含まない塩水で満たされたプールの景色を眺めることができます。
敷地面積は約1,500平方メートルで、十分な駐車スペースがあります。 プールにはバルバコアがあり、すべてのゲストに非常に人気があります。
それは袋小路にあるため、家の場所は静かです。
カルペのメインビーチは、南の海岸沿いの舗装された道を経由して、約15〜20分で徒歩で行くことができます。 車でわずか5〜7分です。 北には、部分的に未舗装の美しい道が急な海岸に沿って小さなマリーナ「レバセテ」に続いています。 残念ながらランチのみを提供するレストランを強くお勧めします。 ここからは、カルペのランドマークであるペノンデイファッハのセンセーショナルな景色を眺めることができます。

Excellent stay in a very nice villa

Really nice house with very good accommodation. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms and a good kitchen. ideally located in a quite space close the center of Calpe.

Perfect family holiday

Fantastic property in great location which well maintained modern well equipped. Great communication with the host who answered quickly and who was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa.

The villa itself is beautiful and very modern inside. Air Con is brilliant and in every room. Each bedroom has it's own shower and bathroom which is a lifesaver for big groups or multiple families. Communication is very prompt and Lea is on hand to help out anytime. We would definitely stay again the only slight downside was more the area itself (Calpe) nothing to do with the hosts or villa. It doesn't have a lot of activities available for kids and if you really want that sort of a holiday maybe Benidorm has more. We actually went to Benidorm one day to Terra Mitica and had a great day it's just a little expensive in taxis (55 each way). If u intend to do these things maybe hiring a car for a few days would be better. Anyways we had a brilliant time and felt very comfortable at all times. The big American fridge freezer with filtered cold water and ice cubes on demand was my favourite part of the holiday...Lol. You won't realise how much you appreciate something like that... Two families August 2023

Great house for two families, air con in all the bedrooms was excellent to ensure a good night’s sleep in the August heat. Lovely salt water pool provided a lot of entertainment, and it was only a short drive to a beach. Responsive host to any of our queries. It would’ve been good if nearby Grizzly’s had better food but that’s not the owner’s responsibility!

Excellent stay

Lovely property with everything you need for a group stay. Pool is a good size and very pleasant temperature in August. The property is modern, clean and comfortable with lots of space. We were two families and it was perfect as the rooms are a mirror image at each end of the villa so each family had the same. The main beach and restaurants are walkable but it is uphill coming back so if you aren't too mobile you may struggle. I'm sure there would be taxis though. Lea was our contact who was very friendly and helpful and always available if we needed anything, (which we didn't as everything was great)! We would recommend this villa 🙂

Lovely Calp getaway

Initially we found it quite hard to locate we were arriving in two cars didn’t get to meet the agent and we’re in the dark about quite a few practical issues ,an information pack would have been very useful eg what to do with your rubbish , tips on the local area . Personally we did have a few issues with the villa the first one being 7 sunbeds for 8 people did cause a few problems and no outdoor towels. We did buy 4 and then later, located a heap of screwed up towels in a cupboard right at the back under the house which we washed and used .if these were for guests use they ought to at the very least be folded so we knew they were clean . We had problems with the shutters and awning (worked only intermittently) cooker hob ( only 1 working ring) and shower drain ( kept flooding the bedroom) and frankly the state of the dining room chairs was a disgrace all torn and patched not what you’d expect !! That said the villa is in a lovely position being only a 5 minute drive to the beach and 4 supermarkets A car is essential as we saw no public transport but there is a little train that runs through the resort costing 5 euros Calp has a lovely prom and busy beach with all the usual places to eat and drink Grizzlies is a bar and restaurant only.a 5 minute walk from the villa which we visited a number of times and thoroughly recommend. Unusually no changed of bedding or towels in our 10 day say and very few basics provided 4small toilet rolls for 8 no wash liquid or powder etc

Haus, Zimmer, Einrichtung, Aussenbereich und Lage sehr gut.Geschirr und Gläser für 6 Pers. nicht ausreichend. Eine Bratpfanne (war zerkratzt) und ein grosses Küchenmesser haben wir selbst besorgt.Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm und erholsam.

Perfekt!!!

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind riesig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Es ist alles da, um seinen Aufenthalt so richtig genießen zu können. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist schnell zu Fuß an der Küste und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig.

Nous sommes ravis de cette location. Maison très agréable et bien équipée. Seul bémol : nous n’avions pas les coordonnées du contact sur place, donc stress inutile jusqu’au jour d’arrivée. Le tel du contact sur Abritel était celui des propriétaires. Tout est très bien rentré dans l’ordre

Top villa

Het was fantastische tijd. Voor ons een trip down to memory-lane . Mijn ouders hadden vroeger een huis is Calpe waar wij gedurende 10 jaar elke zomer een maand verbleven. De villa was volledig zoals beschreven en alles aanwezig. Proper, de kamers waren top, genoeg koelkasten, buitenkeuken, proper en groot zwembad … Als ik een minpuntje moet vermelden dan is het dat de stoelen aan de eettafel binnen stilaan aan vervanging toe zijn. We komen zeker terug. Een echte aanrader.

Wir haben in der Casa Engelsburg eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Es war einfach alles perfekt und nichts zu meckern. Die Verwalter vir Ort waren mega nett und immer greifbar. Ein Urlaub hier lohnt sich. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Eine Top ausgestattet Villa ! Wir haben 10 Tage in Vollen Zügen mit 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind genossen ! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt ! Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt unter ein separates Badezimmer , mit Dusche und WC Der Pool und der ausenbereich war sehr toll ! Ein separater Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner , Außenduche und WC Kann man zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Heerlijk met ons gezin verbleven in het huis. Heerlijke grote slaapkamers met eigen sanitair zalig. Het huis zelf en buiten ook zalig. Dichtbij het strand 15min lopen en supermarkt.

Nice place

Really nice bed rooms and large kitchen. Lots of sun and shades around the pool - however, you will experience mosquitoes outside (our stay was in week 32).

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war sehr schön , komfortabel. Die Verwalterin konnte man immer erreichen wenn man mal Probleme hatte oder etwas in der Umgebung gesucht hat. Für die Lage ist aber ein Auto erforderlich um einkäufe zu erledigen. Aber im Gesamten war das ein Toller Urlaub kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Perfekter Familienurlaub in wunderschöner geräumigen Finca. Toller Innen- und Außenbereich mit vielfältigen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten. We are two brothers who rent the house. It is our single vacation property and we see Calpe as our second home.

Since the house is very important to us, we have completely renovated and rebuilt it to German standards in 2016 and 2017 from inside and outside.

The house is in a quiet location, away from the big tourism and everything, such as beach, restaurants, supermarkets in a short time to reach.

The winter season is due to the facility, such as underfloor heating, fireplace, 8 m long kitchenette with gas stove and oven, large smart TV. Well-being guarantee also "in" the house is guaranteed.

By german standards we mean: open glass shower, hanging toilet, guest toilet, smart TV 65 inches, underfloor heating, windows with electric shutters and insect screens, fireplace, air conditioning, colored LED lighting inside and outside and many smaller details such. USB sockets throughout the house.
