Stay at Villa CAMÉLIA, a character-filled property designed to comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 guests. Nestled in a peaceful residential setting in the heart of the Parc d’Hiver district, it offers the perfect environment for a relaxing stay with family or friends.



LIVING AREA



You will enjoy a spacious, light-filled living area with large openings overlooking the landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool*. The lounge invites you to unwind, blending modern comfort with a stylish seventies-inspired atmosphere. A fireplace completes this warm and welcoming space.

The dining area extends naturally from the living room, while the semi-open, fully equipped kitchen combines practicality with conviviality.



BEDROOMS



The villa features four suites located upstairs.**

The first is a master suite with a walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony. It is furnished with a 160 cm double bed.The next two suites each have their own shower and washbasin area. One is equipped with a 160 cm double bed, while the other features a 140 cm double bed.

The fourth sleeping area includes a trundle bed (80 x 190 cm), ideal for younger guests, as well as a private shower and washbasin area and an additional workspace with a desk.

Outside, the terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers, invites you to make the most of sunny days. Enjoy breakfast and meals al fresco in the heart of the landscaped garden, or simply unwind beside the heated swimming pool. Additional sun loungers and a garden lounge complete this pleasant setting, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying quality time outdoors.



PARKING



The property offers three private parking spaces within the grounds. Additional free parking is also available on the surrounding streets.

Miramar Beach is located 2.4 km away, while Biarritz town centre is just 2.5 km from the villa. Within a short walk, you will find local bakeries offering fresh bread and pastries, as well as shops for your daily essentials. The town centre and beaches are easily accessible by bus, electric bike, or car. Convenient and enjoyable, electric bikes have become the ideal way to explore Biarritz without hassle and make the most of summer days. We would be delighted to assist you with bike rental or delivery arrangements during your stay.
