It features a bunk bed, a high-end sofa bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster). Tastefully decorated, it offers a private garden with a relaxation and dining area. A peaceful and elegant retreat, imbued with Georges's discreet charm. Georges' Studio — An intimate space, crafted with taste and poetry Georges, a discreet lover of the neighborhood and its art of living, has breathed a unique soul into this apartment. The Studio bears his mark: that of an unseen, thoughtful host who considered every detail to offer a haven of tranquility in the heart of the city. Located on the garden level, this space blends elegance and simplicity in a warm and soothing atmosphere. The space has been subtly arranged to accommodate up to four people, with a loft bed that defines a comfortable alcove and a high-end sofa bed for quality everyday sleeping. The decor, designed by an interior architect, plays with natural materials, soft colors, and clean lines, creating an ambiance that is both contemporary and welcoming. You will find a well-appointed bathroom, separate WC, and a functional kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and toaster – the essentials for enjoying simple moments. Outside, a private garden awaits: a rare and secluded haven, with a relaxation area for reading or daydreaming, and a dining area for lingering evenings under the open sky. Air-conditioned and bathed in light, L’Atelier de Georges is a discreet retreat, a place designed for those who love to travel differently – a place of aesthetics, tranquility, and inspiration. You can park on the street (paid parking) in front of the residence or nearby. Access to the apartment will be independent, using a digital keypad and a smart lock. This property is managed by La Conciergerie du Périgord. We do everything we can to ensure your stay is a success, from booking to departure.
