The house was perfectly clean at our arrival.Key pickup is very easy as it’s in the same building.We were 8 adults and had no problems with rooms. There’s 2 kitchens/ living room area and both can be used as sleeping areas if you need more space, air conditioning .The view of the bay is absolutely beautiful and you will not regret this house.Tips to new guests:Remind to check for holidays , we didn’t know about this and therefore had one day where we couldn’t shop grocery (food and water).The easiest way to transport is by Uber, it’s about 12 euros to Split Centre.There’s a bus to Split just at the beginning at the road, we didn’t use that.The house is located high at a mountain side and I would not recommend this house to people who can’t make the very hard walk up hill or have a car.We had a wonderful stay and would be glad to come back again.Tips to the host:Change all the glasses and cups to some pretty ones in plastic. Unfortunately we found glas bits by the pool outside from former guest.Make sure the gas stove works and is connected, it’s hard to make dinner on the stove without.Buy some more kitchen tools ( spades and a siccor)Please make sure the outside furniture is tip-top , this is where your guests is the hole week. The furniture was wobbly and broke when we sad on the chairs.
