Excellent

The check in was seamless. When we arrived Mrs Pace greeted us and made sure we were able to access the property before leaving. The property exceeded our expectations from the photos. It was comfortable, clean, and well stocked with everything we might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt at home and secure. A real cut above the feeling of staying at a hotel.We have already booked two future stays at the same property.

Perfect in quiet neighborhood

Stayed here while attending a conference. This was the perfect place. Clean, comfortable, with all the comforts of home! Russell and Bridgette were amazing hosts. We will be back soon!!!

Very cute and peaceful

Great experience!

My partner and I loved staying here! The unit, though attached to the host’s house, was completely separate and private. The host and his wife were very friendly and welcoming! He was quite responsive to any question or little problem that came up, the unit itself was attractive, clean, and plenty spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

Good for a quick stay

Host sent a text with check-in process instead of through VRBO. Not a problem, but it threw me off getting a text from an unknown number. Apartment was clean & tidy. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it had full size appliances. There was a dog in the main house that would bark if we made any noise (like closing the doors), so I kept feeling like we needed to be super quiet so as not to disturb the hosts. No comments were ever made by the hosts or anything, that’s just how I felt. Check-out process wasn’t made very clear - there was no note or info on the reservation other than to “keep the place clean”. Overall, it was a good, clean place for a quick sleep.

Perfect for me and my dog!

Everything I possibly needed was available, I never had to ask. Patio was perfect for relaxing with a beverage or letting my dog romp around. Just beware as others have said, you can hear the owners through the walls fairly well, so they can hear you, but it wasn't obtrusive. Also, their dog barked alot when they weren't home, whenever my dog rattled his dog tags. We just turned up the TV, though, so their pup wasn't as reactive. My dog barked at their chickens a few times, though and other dogs in the neighborhood triggered both dogs. Haha!I would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

I was very impressed with how immaculately clean this property was! It is obviously a little older, but very well maintained. The apartment is attached to the owner’s house (private, secure entrance), and I could hear them loading/unloading their dishes on the other side of the wall, and when their dog occasionally barked, but these were minor things. It was chilly in the apartment and the mini split didn’t seem to put out heat. I’m glad I happened upon a space heater when looking for additional blankets (which I also found). I might suggest that the owners leave a laminated “Welcome list” of what is available and where things can be found. I appreciated that there were things like body wash available (I had forgotten mine), as well as coffee. All in all, it was a very pleasant place to stay. The bed was comfy, and and I slept very well. I would definitely book with them again when I return to the area.

We stayed 4 days at Christmas for our yearly Florida motorcycle ride. Flat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Area was quiet and well located for our needs.Russ and Bridget are very nice hosts. Communication was easy, instructions for check-in were clear. I highly recommend!
