Welcome to Parkview Bay in the heart of Osage Beach. Conveniently located at the 19mm overlooking the state park.
Close to many favorite restaurants by land or water, 5 minutes to Outlet Mall and other shopping. Parkview Bay's amenities include 3 pools, designated lake swimming area with swim dock, boat and PWC docks. Parkview Bay is located in one of the best coves at the Lake of the Ozarks for water sports or just dropping anchor and relaxing.

Ground level spacious 3 bedroom includes 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. 2 newly remodeled bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cable TV and WiFi. Spacious outdoor patio with gas grill overlooking the water. Washer and Dryer.

Check-In 3:00 PM, Check-Out 11:00 AM.

Family Vacation

The condo was great! We enjoyed the quiet area, very safe for our morning runs. It had good access to the water to go boating with friends. We also enjoyed the pool area one day. The condo had everything we needed for the week!

Clean, quiet, and great location.

Our family had a great experience staying at this condo on the Lake of the Ozarks. The unit was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — just what we were hoping for during our getaway. We stayed for 6 days and were in town for the little league World Series. It’s in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay at the lake!

Great place to stay!!

This property was was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. This place had all the accommodations we needed for everyone to have a good time. Was clean, organized and close to town if we needed anything. Will definitely be back!!

Spacious, comfortable condo

Spent several days at this condo in March. It was very clean, quite spacious and quiet location at this time of year. The bed was comfortable, nice tv's in the rooms, plenty of cooking equipment. Very nice deck, large with plenty of patio furniture. Just a short walk down the stairs to reach the condo, also a corner unit which is nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean. Great location with views of all the lake’s activities. Sidewalks to the two pools in our area as we used two of the pools. Appliances looked to be all new. The owner was very easy to communicate with and all entry and instructions easy to follow. Condo grounds were very beautiful and maintained. Would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable condo. Communication was great. Really nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the water. Bathrooms updated nicely. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well equipped. We were there mid week during off season so there were very few others around. Would stay again.

Property great location Pools and grounds are very nice Condo very spacious We stayed mid week so do not know about any week end party noise but quiet hours were supposed to be between 11pm and 8 am.

Fresh, welcoming property steps from pools and lake

This condo was super! The rooms were fresh, clean, welcoming and comfy. Kitchen was very well equipped for many cooking experiences. All tvs had Roku devices which were great for relaxing. The views of the lake were lovely, and the pools were refreshing after a hot day. Owners responded promptly to messages and were easy to speak with.

Overall great, couldn’t find a blow dryer. Would have been nice to see a binder or something with instructions. Floor in kitchen, dining area and living rooms could have been cleaner. Have already booked to go back next year. Owners replied quickly, much appreciated.

Nice condo complex

Complex was great but cleanliness of condo was terrible. Upon arrival floors dirty, used water bottles on floor, crumbs on sheets in master, half bar soap and child bracelet in tub, dirty tables, dirty sinks, wet bedspreads in dryer, dishes dirty in dishwasher from previous guest, spider webs and beer tabs on the deck.

Good place to stay

The property looked like it did in the pictures. Upon arrival, we had to unload the dishwasher and noticed some damage to the property so we told the host so we weren’t held responsible. The refrigerator was not very cold but finally did cool down a little once Food was in it for 24 hours. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but there could have been more towels for the bathrooms as well as cleaning products and dish towels in the kitchen so we could keep everything in in order
