Perfect for couples, families, or a relaxing weekend getaway. Featuring 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full bathrooms, allowing plenty of space to unwind after a day on the lake or exploring the area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked very well, featuring refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove with smooth cook top. The breakfast counter seats 4 and the dining table seats 4 making this great for family gatherings.

Laundry area with washer and dryer located in the condo.

Enjoy a comfortable stay with air conditioning, heating, and a bright, welcoming layout designed for relaxation. Whether you’re sipping coffee before heading out for the day or settling in after your adventures, this condo has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 323 at Parkview bay has many extras which include a deck.

Parkview Bay is a well maintained property that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
