The property was in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view right on the water. Very nicely kept property that was clean, comfortable & cozy 2 bedroom with a great refreshing pool area to chill out in after a Long Beach day. I would definitely recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again!! My family had a great time and really enjoyed this hidden Jen

Loved our stay at Four Breezes

Some reviews go on forever so I’ll try to be succinct. 1) very easy communication with owner, smooth and simple check-in. 2) Breathtaking view of Chalk Sound, and amazing clear stargazing into the night sky from the dock. 3) unit was clean and had plenty of amenities (beach chairs, pots/pans/dishes, etc. 4) while we spent most of our time at the beaches, the pool and sound were both great for swimming. 5) over all great experience, we would definitely rent again. One thing they could add would be a cooler to help take cold beverages to the beach. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Four Breezes Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Breezes. The view each morning and day was breathtaking on Chalk Sound. The place was immaculately clean when we arrived and we left it the same. The pictures you see do not do it justice. It is 100X more beautiful! We woke up each morning and had a nice swim in the sound. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets - and seeing the stars each night. The view from your private balcony is amazing. KJ is a great host and if we ever get the chance to come back to Turks and Caicos we will surely stay at Four Breezes!

One of the best places to stay in providenciales. Brand new facility with an amazing host, who was always prompt in response and helpful. The views are amazing and it is quiet away from the hustle bustle of the city we will come here again for sure.

Beautiful surrounding the villa, right by the breathtaking Chalk Sound water, with pool, water dock, Kaiak. Beach minutes away (driving with plenty of parking).

Great location and view

We stayed for a week and had a great stay. The host was very responsive and thoughtful for all needs of the visitors. The ocean view in the backyard is amazing and I could just look at it all day. Will definitely stay at the same place if I visit turks again

We loved our stay! It’s so quiet and the view is unbeatable! We spent time using the two kayaks that are available and we also swam and snorkeled right by the dock. Taylor Bay beach is very near and we love that beach! Very clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Property Overlooking Chalk Sound

We had an incredible time during our stay. The 2bd apartment was exactly as advertised with incredible views overlooking Chalk Sound. Easy check in process and apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Having the pool was an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here!

Step off

We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.

Beautiful property

The place is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. It is out of the way, which can be good or bad- there's nearby beaches but the majority of the restaurants and things to do are a 20-30 minute drive away. The hosts are polite and prompt. The wifi can be spotty in the bedrooms but still workable.

Incredible views

We had an amazing stay here and would return without hesitation. You cannot beat the views anywhere on the island and was worth the 20-25 minute drive to grace bay area. Host was quick to communicate back and it was very clean. Beds were a little firm for liking and make sure not to leave any food out that has been opened at all or ants will find it's way. Overall we had an unforgettable stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful!

My family loved our stay. Sitting on the porch and enjoying the view of Chalk Sound was one of our favorite pastimes on the trip. It was beautiful. The condo was a quiet and peaceful escape. It was clean and comfortable. Having the pool was also a fun pastime, especially for our teens who were with us on the trip. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and the host was very responsive to all our questions. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful views!

This property is absolutely stunning! The owner was incredibly kind and flexible and let us modify our reservation at the last minute because the whole family was sick. The only cons I would mention are that the days we were there it was very windy (not sure if that's a regular thing or just the days we were there) so the pool and deck were unusable, even though it was very warm. I'd also recommend improving the water pressure, which made it a bit challenging to shower.

Stunning View to relax with

The views from the property were just stunning. It was amazing waking up to the view of the water and islands of the Sound. We all missed it when we left. It is located just down the street from Sapodilla Bay Beach which became one of our favorite beaches to visit. The property was quiet and private. There are three units in the condo complex. We had the 2 bedroom one. The Owner was very responsive when we made any requests. We would definatley stay here again.

Ocean Blue Turquoise and Green

If you are looking for a quiet getaway from the busy area of Grace Bay this place is great. The home is large with three or four rental units but we really didn’t see other people on the property very much. Most days we had the pool, balcony and dock to ourselves. The kitchen is tiny but workable, the beds are comfy and the view is ever changing and spectacular. The water changes with every wind, wave and cloud movement and is truly captivating. La Brisas restaurant, water sport rentals and boat tour is right around the corner and they know what they are doing. You’ll definitely want to rent a car to truly appreciate this location! All thumbs up!

Beautiful Location

Very clean property on Chalk Sound. The beauty of the sound & the dock with water access were wonderful. It’s very quiet & it is helpful to have a rental car at this location. Sopadilla beach is about 2 miles away as is Las Brisas restaurant (great salad & dinners). Also, give Que Bola, Little Havana (next door to Chalk Sound police dept) a try. Very clean establishment, with good food. Charming owners. They have dine in as well as take out. A little frustrating that we didn’t get check in info until the day of our stay & while we were in air. 3 phone calls to VRBO & multiple messages to the host with no response. We just weren’t sure we had a place to stay which was stressful. On a positive note, check in is a breeze!

Great Location/Views with Spartan Interior

Spent 4 nights at Four Breezes from April 9-April 12. The positioning of the property looking out onto Chalk Sound is amazing complete with a small pool and little dock for kayak access. There is a bbq grill and chairs/loveseat outside the sliding door entrance. This sets a great stage for a vacation. What is truly lacking is on the inside of the property; there is really nothing that is comfortable once you step inside. We were aware of the layout, but how it is appointed is so lacking. The kitchen is small, but workable, and it had the basics for cooking and eating. Be aware that it is stocked with only some sugar, coffee, and filters. There are no kitchen staples such as salt, pepper or any spices. If you need it, buy it or bring with. The dining table is basic wooden with four chairs. Seat cushions would help. Living area has a small loveseat, a little recliner, and a single piece from a sectional tucked into a corner. This gives seating for four. The TV is new, not connected to cable or satellite, but can access Netflix. Spacious bedroom w/ dressers/closets for storage. New beds were firmest slabs with no padding. Asked host for additional padding, directed to buy ourselves. Roll down window solar screens are not black outs and will be awakened by sunrise. Water pressure at most times is very weak. Be prepared for brief power/water outages. Bedrooms have A/C units, none in living areas. Hallway has motion sensor light, no switch. Odd feature. Would not stay again.

Off the beaten path

Located on Chalk Sound, this is a 20 minute drive to Grace Bay or Caicos Marina and Shipyard (Dive Provo). A new home with a beautiful small pool overlooking the Sound. Kitchen is small, but workable for up to four people, for cooking. A gas grill is available and worked well. Bedrooms are large and air conditioned. Upstairs with a balcony entrance to unit. Owners very responsive.

Don’t overlook this opportunity

Brand new, clean, quiet. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The love seat in the living room was so cozy - I curled up on a rainy day and read a book and couldn’t believe I had been in the same spot for so long. The view of Chalk Sound was absolutely incredible - this I cannot even say enough about. Loved that we could look at it from one of the 2 bedrooms. We absolutely enjoyed the BBQ and cooked many, well most, meals on it during our 2 week stay. Loved the loungers on the dock for a beautiful sunrise, or just to lounge on after a swim in the lagoon. The kayaks are awesome - very stable which I didn’t expect - we have 14ft kayaks at home and didn’t expect much from these kayaks but they are stable and fun and we paddled across the lagoon and into the rock islands. The house is so well built that we never once heard anyone coming down the driveway or leaving - we would just spot a vehicle out the window, or note that a vehicle was gone. There was a morning when we walked down to the dock after a very heavy rain and there was gravel on the stairs down to the dock - we went snorkelling and came back and the stairs were spotless! Now as for the glorious pool - in 2 weeks it was never anything other than crystal clean - never even saw a leaf in the pool. On our last day we found a special gift outside the sliding door - I won’t reveal what it was to ruin the surprise. It is now here in Canada with us as a very special memory of our time at Four Breezes.
