If you dream of the perfect vacation home away from home, 3101 SeaCrest is your dream come true! This amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront villa is located in building 3 on the first floor at the SeaCrest Resort. Here everyone can enjoy direct ocean views from inside and out. Two private balconies overlooking the pool (only heated in March and April) and the Atlantic Ocean provide the ideal space for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails and the gentle breezes waft over you.

Inside you have an open plan with all new furnishings, paint, wood floors, carpet, bedding, granite counters, and upgraded appliances. The spacious living and dining area is great for hosting family game or movie night. And wait until you see the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space and breakfast bar seating. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature comfy king beds, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. You're sure to find all 3 bathrooms with spa-like finishes to be beautiful and relaxing.

SeaCrest Resort is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area, but most importantly, the wide, sandy beaches are just at your doorstep.

Awesome Oceanfront Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to HHI. We can't wait to return. The unit was amazing!It was oceanfront and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Minutes from the beach (& PoolbarJim's too:). Short walk to Coligny Plaza and all the stores and restaurants in it and around it. We had small children with us and it could not have been better for them too! The unit is beautiful. Would love a return visit.

Traveling with many adults having nice room and space made for a great trip. The first floor access was great because the elevator fir the building would get backed up pretty bad. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SeaCrest 3101 is a perfect location for a multi-family or large family vacation. 3BR and 3BA directly above one of the pools with a short walk to Pool Bar Jim's for drinks or meals, multiple restaurants and shopping across the street and beautiful grounds and beach access right there. The welcome basket from Host2Coast was especially nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the unit for our 1 week stay.

Girls trip 2023--Cheaper than therapy

Traveled with 8 of my besties from May 4-8. Location of the property could not have been better. Property was clean and generously appointed. Plenty of room for our group of 9. We are seriously considering coming back and would definitely stay in this unit again!!

Weekend getaway

Stayed here with some friends for a 5 day getaway during tropical storm Nicole. Although the weather was not what was planned during the booking, the amazing ocean views were pretty awesome while stuck inside. Everything needed was within walking distance, so when the storm bands slowed down, we were able to shop and visit some awesome eating places. Once the storms passed; the beach was only a few short steps away. Everything about our stay was great, and I can only imagine how enjoyable it is when the weather cooperates a little better.
