Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the top-floor corner unit, gorgeous beach views, balcony, and convenient location. We’re also happy the stocked kitchen and beach amenities helped make your stay comfortable. We apologize for the elevator issues and appreciate your helpful suggestion about noting alternate elevator locations in the check-in instructions. We’ll be sure to address that. Most of all, we’re thrilled everyone had such a great stay! We’d love to host you again for another beach getaway. ~The Vacation Company

Thank you for the nice review for this condo! This owner takes great care in keeping this unit stocked and updated. We are glad that you loved the location and convenience of this. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful balcony view, the well-equipped kitchen, and the convenient access to the beach and pools. We'd like to clarify a few items for future guests. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m., as outlined in the Rental Agreement. During our busiest seasons, we encourage guests to plan for the full check-in window so our housekeeping team has adequate time to prepare the property to our standards. The amenities we provide are listed in the pre-arrival information sent before check-in. Coffee pods, beach chairs, and coolers are not included with the rental. Instead, we offer a complimentary beach gear credit that can be used to rent those items during your stay. We're sorry to hear about the housekeeping concerns and the lockout experience. If housekeeping issues are reported during a stay, we're always happy to send our team back promptly to address them. We also understand how stressful it can be to be locked out, and we're glad you were able to regain access with your daughter's assistance. We appreciate you bringing the elevator delays to our attention. While the elevators are maintained by the building's regime management rather than our company, we will be sure to share your comments with them. Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions and hope you'll consider staying with us again so we have the opportunity to provide an even better experience. ~The Vacation Company

Please accept my apology for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The dishwasher was barely a year old and it is unfortunate that it failed during your stay but very fortunate that we drove out to Lowes and replaced it that day. This was our first indication of any issues regarding the dishwasher. The dryer vent cleaning happens twice a year and again, unfortunately, this fell during your visit. The run is long and required a bit of work to clean out. Thank you for your patience with that and accommodating their work. Regarding the AC in master bedroom, I wish we would have known so we could have addressed. I haven't heard anything about that before. With the mattress, I am sorry your fellow guest found it uncomfortable. Since mattress comfort is so subjective, it is very hard to please each guest. Again, I am not aware of any discomfort noted before. Obviously, we all wish those darn elevators were faster but we don't have any control of that, of course. Lastly, I am very happy you enjoyed the rest of the property and I personally enjoyed meeting you all and chatting with you. The owner spends half of the year in their home here at 3501 and always buttons things up so nicely before leaving. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again!

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your recent visit to Hilton Head and greatly appreciate the feedback you have provided. This area is in such a great location on the island with many great nearby shops and restaurants. We have made note about the mattress issue so that this can hopefully be addressed for future rentals. We hope you plan to visit the island again in the near future as we would be more than happy to assist with any rental needs you may have!
