(holidays excluded) "Grand View Cottage" is a 2100 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom (beautifully remodeled) home with a direct view of Grand Lake, 6 person hot tub, ponds, streams and waterfalls. The cottage features a master suite w/ king bed, a secondary suite with 3 queen beds, and a loft with 2 built in bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. The home has an open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining room, outdoor 2nd floor patio w/ great views, wood burning fireplace, gas firepit, gas grill and outside patio furniture. There is a community swimming pool, lighthouse, fishing ponds and dock access for swimming/boating/fishing. There is also a grocery, liquor and hardware store 1/4 mile away. Need space for more than 10? Main home that sleeps 18 available 20 yards away. See VRBO #2418946. On-site Boat Rentals! Inquire for details! Also, we now have recommended in-rental home provisions, chef and massage therapy services available! Details available after booking!

Wonderful Stay

Great property! Loved the gas firepit! Close to restaurants and grocery store and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again! Property manager super helpful and quick to respond!

This luxury home is a gem!!!

This well manicured gated community is a gem. This beautiful home is overlooking a pond with fish right next to Grand Lake. This immaculate house was perfectly cleaned. Our group enjoyed the relaxing hot tub daily! There are so many delicious restaurants and bars within a 15 minute drive. We also loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful rain!!!! A huge thanks to our wonderful host Mike Duke!!! See you again!!

Great Stay

This home is perfect for a family. The location near the lake in a gated community with a hot tub and pool can't be beat! We enjoyed our stay and visiting family that live in Miami, Oklahoma. Mike was a great host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns and was able to accommodate our last minute request to add an extra day. Will definitely be back and will stay at one of his properties.

Girls Weekend - Second Stay

This cute house was very comfortable and spacious enough for our group of six adults. The owners are very thoughtful in their extras - toiletries, pillows, blankets (especially the S’Mores). Lake view is good, fire pit is enjoyable, neighborhood is nice and quiet (occasionally heard the construction noise of new homes being built). This doesn’t have anything to do with the house or owners, but would love it if the pool had lounge/chaise chairs. Grocery store and restaurants minutes away. This was our second stay and would easily choose it again.
