Greenwater House Stay

Overall property was as described. Great communication from host and they help revolved questions we had in a timely manner. We Would recommend that the host replaces all mattresses in the property as they feel worn out and don’t provide much support. The only issue we ran into was due to a prolonged power outage in the area due to wind and snow. The outdoor temps were in the single digits/ teens and with no heat source in the property we had to end our trip early. While there is a small battery backup it is not sufficient for anything more than charging your phone. Since the area is prone to prolonged power outages I would recommend the hosts invest in an automatic generator for their property, as many of the neighboring properties seemed to have generators.

Cozy 3 Day Ski Adventure cabin

Came in, really cozy and everything works great. Brought groceries, had everything I needed to cook to fuel my ski adventure, nice and quite neighborhood with easy access to Crystal Mountain.

Wonderful visit

The house was very comfortable and the perfect place for our week long stay. There’s even a trail to the river down the street and playground nearby that my kids loved.

I definitely would stay here again if I could. Beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we could need - I brought knives and cutting boards from home but the knives and cutting boards there were even better than mine! The owners were super responsive and kind even when one of the kids broke a small item. Very clean and comfortable, and there's a very welcoming feel to the place - things are labeled thoughtfully and yet you don't have rules posted everywhere as if to assume you're going to trash their place. Totally recommend.

Venture further to discover the inviting living space and dining area, nestled beside a well-equipped kitchen. Find culinary inspiration in our eclectic collection of cookbooks, and delight in whipping up a scrumptious feast with all the kitchen essentials at your fingertips.

The master bedroom, featuring a comfy queen bed, occupies the main floor, just a stone's throw from a full bathroom. Ascend the stairs to uncover a full-sized bed on the top landing (our 3rd sleeping space), neighbored by a spacious bunk room boasting two sets of twin-over-double bunk beds and an additional full bathroom.

Our back patio houses a propane BBQ, ready to sizzle up your favorite treats. After a day of outdoor exploration, unwind indoors with our flat-screen TV equipped with Apple TV, and numerous streaming services. Immerse yourself in our Sonos sound system, controlled right from your phone, as you indulge in puzzles, games, or a spin on the tire swing, designed for kids and the young at heart.

At the River Rock Cabin, recharging is a breeze. Numerous outlets and lamps offer USB charging ports, ensuring your devices stay juiced up.

The front deck beckons, a haven for sipping your beverage of choice while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Many guests find the nearby firepit an irresistible gathering spot for cozy evenings under the stars.

Check-in is seamless with our smart-lock, and swift WiFi envelops the cabin, keeping you connected during your stay.
