Clean and comfortable...

Stayed in the condo for over 3 months while i recovered from a medical situation. I had 5 different groups of friends who stayed in the condo to help oversee my recovery. They all were very comfortable with the accommodations and access to the amenities at Ventura Country Club, the convenience of having Orlando Int'l just a 15 min drive away, and all the quality nearby restaurants. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations at such reasonable rates. Debbie is a very responsive and accomodating property manager. I would highly recommend this this VRBO property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced condo.

Awesome stay

Stayed for 3 months for a summer job with a classmate. Debbie was an awesome host and very responsive. The property was clean the amenities in the community were a nice plus. The community is gated and monitored well, so it was very safe. Overall a great stay

Peaceful

I stay there with my grand children and my son. It was a very peaceful and quite environment. I loved the pools. Very clean. The only inconvenience was parking and everything is driving distance. But overall, it was a great stay. I definitely recommend this place.

Easy access. Close to airport. Close to several restaurants and such. Place is dated but, cozy.

Great location!

I stayed for a travel contract and really lucked out finding this place. It is convenient to just about anything in the Orlando area, and added security of a gated community. And the in-unit washer dryer was a life-saver!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The condo was perfect for my family. Debbie left cold water in the fridge and cookies on the table for us. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. We would definitely stay there again for a future vacation!

Wonderful

The property was well kept, clean & quiet. The owner was quick with responses and answered all our questions in a quick timely manor. The unit was well clean and well kept. Would stay there again when visiting Orlando!! It was close to everything!!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This gated community was perfect for our stay in Orlando. We enjoyed the pools and some tennis. Is close to the airport and only 25 minutes to Universal Studios. The condo was clean and we appreciated the chocolates and bottled water. Nice touch! We will be definitely stay here again. Thank you Debbie!

Recovery after knee replacement

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here after my surgery. I wanted a place with a pool and fitness center so he would have something to do. There is plenty of groceries and restaurants close by. It served our needs quite well.

Perfect and complete house for your vacation

Loved the personal touch when we arrrived (local cookies, cold water in the fridge, coffee and lights on). Everything in the house was clean, very important. The park was beautiful. Communication in advance was fast and complete. We would really recommand the host Debbie and the house.

Listing looked just like the pictures. The owner was very friendly and helpful with all our requests and promptly. We plan to come back in a few months and will stay here again. The only problem was parking, not enough spaces close to unit in the evenings.

Great location close enough yet quiet to services (grocery/restaurants/ etc and the parks

here are my observations of my stay at this location: 1) Owner is committed to responding to her my questions in a timely manner. 2) Treated me, the customer with courtesy and respect. 3) owner and her staff focus on customer satisfaction issues. 4)Bottom line owner treated me as "family" allowing me d the opportunity to meet my objectives in a comfortable relaxing setting. 5) Can't forget the guest Welcoming gift.. The Cookies :)

Quiet

Condo was as described. Could use some updating. Very easy access from parking. Main floor unit which was very nice. Debbie was an absolutely perfect owner. We had a couple minor issues upon arrival that were handled immediately. She was always accessible. We were looking for a quiet relaxing vacation and we found it here. Pool area was quiet and clean. Very suitable for seniors and families. We wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Clean condo

Condo was clean and comfy. This complex is full of all different style of condos and this one happens to look the most dated. The condo we stayed in was clean inside and well stocked. The only issue was parking. The spots fill up quickly and we had to park a couple buildings away. At least one assigned parking spot per condo would’ve been convenient. Otherwise good stay.
