House was amazing and very easy to get downtown. I would definitely book again if I need to be in the Flagstaff area. Amenities were very well kept and up to date. Beautiful home all around.

Colton's property was EXACTLY as advertised. Clean, well appointed, private, and in a great location. Easy to get into town and super comfortable with A/C, a wonderful king size bed and clean hot tub. Just what we needed.

Don’t Pass It Up!

We stayed in this charming cottage for two nights while attending a graduation at NAU. Its proximity to town and campus is an 8/10, but the short 5 minute drive is more than worth it! The pictures are true to life… the bed/pillows SUPER comfy, kitchen/bathroom well appointed, hot tub nice and clean, and the washer/dryer a plus. Check in was a breeze as well. We had a minor issue with the shower drain, but Colton was immediately responsive and fixed it right away… even credited me back the cleaning fee for the inconvenience (which was unnecessary since he had me at the hand written welcome card, bottle of wine and chocolate bar!) Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

The home was stylish, welcoming, darn cute, the location was great, the entry way with the pretty apple trees in bloom, the pretty but secure fending, the wonderful hot tub ( which was on, hot and ready) were all so welcoming. I loved it. Thank you for a great stay in your gorgeous abode!

Best Vrbo experience we’ve ever had!

The house was so cute, and it had everything we needed! It was perfect for our couple’s getaway! The privacy was a HUGE bonus, and we loved the massive hot tub. You honestly couldn’t even tell that there were people on the other side of the fence. The host was also great when we had an issue with the door lock. He responded very quickly even though it was pretty late at night. Absolute 10/10. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location was great since we wanted to stay around the midpoint of the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The place was very nice and clean with its own private driveway for parking, which was great. The host Colton was very friendly and helpful during our stay. I’d definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit.

Fantastic Flagstaff Cottage

We stayed for 3 nights, and enjoyed every moment spent in the cottage. It is freshly decorated and has wonderful appliances and amenities. It is in a great location to venture out from. Historical downtown Flagstaff was fun to explore, as were the Antelope Valley Slot Canyons in Page, Arizona, and Sedona. The drive through Oak Creek Canyon was spectacular as was the restaurant at the local airport in Sedona. We look forward to staying again in this beautiful VRBO. The owners have thought of everything.

Fabulous, cozy, cute getaway!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our brief two nights staying at this cute place in Flagstaff. The interior is updated, modern, while also being cute and cozy. We got in the hot tub both days which was such a treat. You have a ton of privacy being tucked away but also getting the beautiful scenery of Flagstaff, with an apple tree in the front yard. We were welcomed with a handwritten note and a bottle of wine in the kitchen, which was such an amazing gesture! Absolutely would go back next time we visit!

Clean and quiet hideaway

The property was beautiful, it was nice and private, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. It is a great place to get away for the weekend, especially if you’re looking to just relax and recover and enjoy Flagstaff and it’s many amenities, around the area. Very close to downtown, and very close to snowbowl and Mount Humphries for trail access and other activities. Also, to be noted, only 25 to 30 minutes to get to Lake Mary, and oak creek canyon headed toward Sedona and slide rock.

Lovely spacious place in Flagstaff

We really enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff at this lovely, spacious, comfortable space. We had everything we needed and the outside terrace was very relaxing and private. It was great for visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim. We highly recommend a stay here.

1st time just the 2 of us

Loved the cottage, perfect for the 2 of us. There were several apple trees, so we made apple pie. The jacuzzi was great after long days of hiking. Good disc golf courses near by as well as healthy places to eat.

Great location, very clean.

This little house was perfect for our short stay in Flagstaff. The home is very clean and inviting. Comfortable bed, but bring your own pillow if you are picky about such things. The pillows are nice, but we prefer something not so large and firm. Convenient location to dontown, too! Would 100% stay at this property again!

Super Cute Place

My husband and I came to Flagstaff for a concert and this little home was perfect! It was so nice to come relax and get a break from our busy city. This home is SO CLEAN. They have everything you need for your vacation. We had privacy and safety. The neighborhood is quiet and has so much character, very close to restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was an awesome bonus!
