Your beautifully remodeled 1000 sq. ft. in-law suite is 1 mile north of downtown Flagstaff and en route to the Grand Canyon, Arizona Snowbowl, and Horseshoe Bend. Private entrance, two separate rooms, a California King bed, and a sleeper sofa. Your guest suite opens to a patio with a private top-of-the-line hot tub, deck, and a spacious shared, wooded backyard that backs onto the Arizona Trail. You will be within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Enjoy all that Flagstaff has to offer! Welcome!!

It is not a stand-alone house but rather an addition to our main house. You have your own private parking and entrance on the side of the house, which feels very much like your own private space. The unit shares only a portion of one wall, and there is a door between the unit and the main house that is locked for your entire stay. There is not a full kitchen, but you will have a fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, and other items.

Your space has two main rooms: one primary bedroom with a bathroom and one extra-large living room.

There is plenty of space to spread out in the shared backyard. The property backs to the Rio de Flag and the Flagstaff Urban Trail.

Our beautiful hot tub is a fantastic way to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing. We have it professionally serviced and cleaned weekly.
