Huge 3BR, 3Bath, 2000 sqft. short walk to beach

A few minutes walk to the beach, salisbury center and boardwalk. This is a large 3 bedroom, sleeps up to 12 guests. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, 2 full bathrooms 1 half. Unit includes TVs & Internet. 3rd floor open living area w/ 1 queen bed 1 sofa bed and games for entertainment. Propane grill & back porch w/outdoor seating. Linens and towels provided. Two off-street parking spot provided. Enjoy sunrise and sunset views from one of our 6 decks!
The space
The Space
Great place for a beach vacation! 3 bedroom apartment with parking. Plus, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and living room. The third floor is a large area that can be used for extended family as sleeping accommodations or entertain. The beach is a short 2 minute walk away. The property is walking distance to Salisbury center. Fireworks on the beach every weekend in the summer!

Joe's Pura Vida property was perfect for a weekend getaway!The property was very clean and organized and stocked with everything you could need. The rooms were very spacious and everything in the property was labeled, making it very easy to navigate and respect the property.I highly recommend Joe's Pura Vida beach house and would definitely come back!

Excellent end of summer stay

This was by far the easiest VRBO. Great location to beach. Short drive to many attractions on rainy days. Helpful and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

This Was Amazing had a wonderful experience the house was well put together has everything you need. Had a great time and the Host was very supportive and nice too also must say His father was very helpful he came right out to greet us and also help us with something’s and we loved his hospitality and kindness. Nice spot at the beach

Large open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and offered a sleep sofa and roll away beds. They even provided a puppy kennel and water dishes. It is very clean and well stocked. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lots of stairs, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Above and beyond

What an absolutely fantastic stay. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet and close to the beach. The house is fully stocked in terms of all the supplies you would need including going to the beach. It is very spacious and the linens and sheets were all great quality as well. Joe was incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had immediately. He and his family live in the unit next door and are genuinely kind and lovely people. I can’t say enough positive things about the house… we will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We had a lovely time at Pura Vida! Looks just like the listing, was within walking distance of both the beach and a bunch of restaurants. We initially were staying here to go to Hampton Beach, but when we walked around our first night, we ended up spending more time in Salisbury and at Salisbury beach. The house was clean, the manager is on sight and very accommodating, and you can't beat the sunsets behind the water tower! There was both the option to have A/C or to open the windows for a wonderful cross breeze that helped cool things down upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend this lovely home for anyone looking to stay close to the ocean! We would definitely book again!

Family Weekend Getaway

What an amazing property! We had a total party of 8 (6 adults and two teenagers) plus a dog. Not only was the house spacious, but it was cozy at the same time. There was enough room for everyone, additional blankets and pillows if needed, and linens available in every room. It was hard to not only find a house that fit all of us with enough rooms, but also that could accommodate our Rottweiler as most properties had a limit to the weight. The Juan's left a nice welcome book with recommendations on where to eat with was also a big help. Although we stayed in November, and were not able to enjoy the beach, we still highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in staying in the area.

Clean & Convenient

Property was clean and convenient to my son’s place in Newburyport. He’s in the coast guard and we visited him for a long weekend. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and bottle of wine. Unfortunately the beds are very uncomfortable. They are also too small for two people to share. Definitely need king sized beds in there. There is plenty of room in each bedroom. The pillows were so uncomfortable as well and the linens were poor quality. We most likely would not stay here again.

Great location with a lot of space

The 7 adults stayed in this property with 5 grandchildren under 3. There was plenty of space for everyone. The property was very clean and filled with supplies. The location is ideal. A short walk to the beach. A 10 minute walk to Broadway for the kids. We used the front and back porches and enjoyed the views. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. My only comment is that the pictures don't show all the space that is in this home. We expected it to be smaller. It was not. There is much more space for everyone to spread out. We look forward to staying at this property next year.

Relaxing stay

The home is exactly as advertised, lots of room for all of us and the decks of off each room were great places to relax. There is A/C as needed and great airflow when it wasn't super humid outside. It is a short walk to the beach and it was never crowded in that part, just know that there isn't an active lifeguard at that particular section of the beach so be aware of rip currents. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Salisbury boardwalk area with several great restaurants and the large arcade to spend some non-beach time. On the top floor there is a poker/roulette/dice table too. The hosts are great, they are around for questions and some great conversations of you like (which we did). The place is very clean and they even had dishwasher tabs and laundry detergent if needed (we brought or own just in case but we saw it there). All in all it was a wonderful week of beach fun and relaxation with family.

Great place to stay!

Joe was a great host at Pura Vida! We were in town visiting family for the holidays. The home is very clean, new updates, large living area as well as 3 bedrooms! Thank you for allowing us to stay. I would love to come back in the summer when it is much warmer outside! Happy New Year!

A great stay

The property was great! Great location, easy check in, easy parking, the house was very clean and the heat and ac worked quick. The views from the top of the house were great, especially the balcony next to the master bed. No complaints and I would definitely stay here again! So close to the water!!

A-MahZing!

My family gathers during Labor Day weekend for a family fun weekend. This house has been officially rated the best LD weekend, thus far! The beach house is beautiful and CLEAN! Easy access to the beach, well maintained home with large, modern rooms. The owner was very kind and very helpful...he even shipped my son in laws' sunglasses that were left behind!
