The property was perfect for traveling while working. Space was nice and reasonably priced for the amount of room. Had all the extras you need for the kitchen and more.

Great Location to all things in Cookville

Nice, clean place to stay while visiting our friend at Tech. Location is very convenient to everything. Mr. Bill, the host, was wonderful. He was prompt with responses and super accommodating with our check-in request.

Good stay for 2 people

This is a nice, clean apartment with most of the comforts of home. It is in the back of a real estate office and very close to a busy highway. Make sure you read the full description because the listing shows 2 bedrooms and 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has a love seat and a twin air mattress. I did not see that so I invited our 22 yr old daughter to meet us and surprise my son for Tn Tech family weekend thinking there were 2 queen beds. It’s really set up for 2 people and maybe a small child. Also, the shower is not for larger/ taller people. I am 5’3”/ 130 lbs and had to duck to get my hair wet and was bumping into the walls. Overall, it was a nice comfortable place for a short stay with 2 people.

Family Reunion

We have stayed at this property before and appreciate the space, kitchen, and comfortable bed. If we have any questions or issues, Mr. Holcomb responds immediately and is always curtis and very kind.

Peaceful stay!

My daughter was in clinicals for a month in Cookeville. Beautiful apartment and very safe! The added bonus was an alarm system that the owner graciously programmed for her. The owner was very nice and accommodating since we were so far away from her. Highly recommend!!

Cute place!

There was a slight mix up with check in but it all worked out and talking to the owner (Bill) he was very sweet and accommodating! Overall glad we stayed!
