Excellent owner

Week long stay to relax, visit parks and beaches. Super close to the clubhouse such a perfect location! The owners respond almost immediately to communication they were fantastic! Thank you for sharing your home with us :)

Great location for disney

My family of 6 stayed 7 night got to enjoy the pool at the house and also at the clubhouse after we went to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld great family trip will definitely be coming back soon

Great Stay

Stayed here for a few days after visiting Legoland. It was perfect for our family of four, but plenty of space for a larger family. Our boys really enjoyed the resort pool area, and the house was just a short drive to many area attractions when it rained. Zero complaints since everything was as described. We will hopefully be back for another stay in the future!

Prefect location!

Property was perfect for my family of 6. Plenty of space, having a washer and dryer was very useful and the pool was a great added bonus. Plus having the Waterpark on site was great for our "down" days!

Great property that met our needs

Weve stayed at Windsor Hills several times, but never a townhome. I was worried the small pool wouldnt suit my 4 children but it definitely did! The home was clean and had everything we could need. Host was responsive as well. Pool had some sand in it from previous guests and even after maintenance it was still there, but other than that house was well cared for ans clean! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Multigenerational family vacation

The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. My grandchildren were delighted with all of the Disney decorations. So we’re the adults. I needed to contact owner for assistance early in vacation. They amazingly answered within minutes. Definitely would recommend this home.

Lovely Place to Stay

It was a lovely place to stay! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Decor was great for the feel of Disney, but not too over the top.

Memories Made!

Fantastic spot - each bedroom has its own bathroom with was key for our familt situation. Clean and lots of kitchen items to make packing kunches foe the park easy! Well kept. So close the park. Walmart, Starbucks, gift shops, McDonalds for breakfast sandwhich grab on the way to the park - great place. Highly recommended!

Close to Disney, main clubhouse, walmart, splash pool

We had 2 families stay and felt very comfortable and spacious. Kids room was Disney themed which was inviting. We requested heated splash pool with additional charge and it was very warm which was perfect since winter can be chilly. Went to Disney theme parks and was ~10 mins away which is close. The main clubhouse with huge pool/water slides was walking distance as well as playground in Windsor Hills which kids loved. There was a small market and community room with kids activity once a day and small theatre. Amenities was great. Minutes away from Super Walmart (includes grocery) and 11 mins from Publix. Definitely a great time and would rent again.

Good family vacation

The townhouse is as advertised. The location within the community and proximity to Disney were great! Very comfortable, however there is room for improvement especially in regards to kitchen appliances - the uneven burners made it very difficult to cook. The bricks on the back patio around the pool are very loose and uneven. The tv remote for the downstairs didn't work properly, I messages the owner to notify them but never was acknowledged. The owner did notify us that the pool cleaner came a day early. Small things overall.

Great place. Would stay again.

Very clean and well thought out. Easy communication with owner. Very comfortable beds which is important when you are 6 months pregnant doing Disney! Kids loved the pool and the toys there provided. Washer and dryer were a godsend. We got groceries delivered via Instacart and it was no problem. Community pool and splash pad were excellent. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Family Disney Trip

Overall, the stay was nice! The location of the property is near disney parks. The amenities on property were good - pool, game room etc. The condo was very spacious with all you need for a family. The disney decor in the condo just helped make the trip more magical for our daughter!

Disney Getaway

Absolutely wonderful time staying at this home! Great location, amazing set up, all the utilities we needed when not out at Disney, and great communication with the tenants. Will certainly come back here again for our next Florida vacation!

Perfect Disney Getaway

Great rental that was the perfect size for my family getaway. Very close to all the theme parks we visited and easy access to food and Walmart for supplies. The pool at the house was surprising deep and perfect to wear out my kiddo before bed. I would not hesitate to book this house again.

Great location….

Great location, close to Disney, and other parks like sea world. Big and spacious, had a pool and Olympic size pool with water slides for the kids. Great rental property.

Great place!

Overall the place was just as described and perfect for us. My kids loved sleeping in the Mickey room. They loved having there own Mickey bathroom and the small pool in the back was a big hit. It was also nice to relax in after kids went to sleep. The property is very nice and the pool, splash pad, and everything provided is kept up with. Owners were quick to answer questions before and during our stay.

Good Value

The property was very comfortable rather like home in that there were a few minor niggles but nothing that caused any difficulties. We used the pool on the complex once but the kids loved getting into our own pool at the end of the day. Location was excellent for all the parks (Disney and Universal) and plenty of local food outlets. Very close to a big Wallmarts.

Great place, but beds awful

The home is very clean and nicely decorated in Disney themed decor. The King and Queen size mattresses need replaced very badly! All the adults who stayed in the home are in pain. Mattresses are sinking and super soft.

Great townhouse

Townhouse was clean and roomy. Was quite at night while we were there. Little pool with the townhouse was a nice treat and main pool was nice. Plenty of linens. Check in process was easy. We have visited windsor hills twice previously to this. Will always be a customer. Thank you
