This lovely 1st floor townhome with golf course views is located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation. Decorated in lovely pastel shades, high-end finishes and new wood flooring.

Enjoy a short bike ride, a leisurely walk, or quick drive to the beach. This villa has a large private community swimming pool located next to 6 free tennis courts. The pool and tennis courts are located next to a beautiful 5-acre lake with a gazebo. Shipyard Plantation is all intertwined by the beautiful Shipyard Golf Course.

These Country French townhouse style rental villas offer great golf. lagoon views, and private beach access.

Great stay for guests with dogs. Not only were dogs “allowed”, the home was very welcoming for them. Open space inside was nicely decorated. Great neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. Tennis courts were great (pickleball courts as well). Easy walk to beach. Hope to stay there again!

This property is located in the Shipyard-great location. There's tennis courts, pool, golf course, trails for biking or walking and the beach is very close. The condo's layout is great, all on one floor and the bedrooms are situated so that they're not on top of each other. The deck is a good size, part of it is covered if you don't want direct sunlight and part of it is open. Condo is tastefully done. The owner was very generous/flexible with move-in and move-out times and amazing communication skills. I highly recommend this property and plan on staying there again. There's a great restaurant minutes away-Ombra Cucina Italiania. The Salty Dog Cruise boats are worth doing.

Such a lovely home! Comfortable, clean, and beautifully appointed - even down to dog beds and leashes! Communication with the host was amazing. Easy check in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it!

Property location excellent. We would stay in the Shipyard area again. However this villa was not clean or maintained (mold, mildew, must, dirt, grime, disrepair, food on floor. pests). Listing is not as pictured. We covered furniture with extra sheets and bathroom floors with towels and kept our shoes on all the while. I would not allow my daughter to shower in the secondary bathroom due to mold and leaking ceiling. We were hoping for one last summer holiday with our daughter. We left a day early and only stayed because we travelled 16hrs from Canada with our two poodles and could not find another location allowing two pets. Owner immediately refunded stay after we told them we checked put with no questions asked to us. Clearly it was a known issue. They said they will arrange for a deep clean. I told them it is a health and safety concern at this point. We have never stayed is such a dirty place and we travel the world. I’m not sure how a deep clean will correct the issues. All of our belongings smell like mildew! Owner communication great but a shame this villa has been so neglected.

Check in was super easy. There was a pass for us at the gate and we were able to go straight to the house. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We only cooked breakfast but had everything we needed.

Everything You Need for a Relaxing Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The host was fantastic—communication was clear, prompt, and super helpful throughout our trip. The location couldn't have been better—just a short distance to the beach, which made everything so convenient.The property itself was the perfect size for our family and felt very comfortable and welcoming. One of the biggest highlights was how well-stocked the place was with beach essentials—chairs, boogie boards, and more—which made our beach days so much easier and more fun. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space; it was great for relaxing after a day in the sun.We had such a great time and would definitely love to come back again!

Spacious 2BR

Close to Sonesta with dedicated beach parking and pet friendly. Clean, spacious inside and out, and many amenities. Owner is excellent communicator and was super to work with. Happy to stay here again!

Great location. Beach access!!

Place had beach access shared with Sonesta Resort. It took us 2 minutes to drive to the beach access. Home was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend. 5 minutes from Coligny Plaza.

Excellent Place, Excellent Host

We were very impressed with the size of the place, the cleanliness, and the available amenities. We spent a week here and truly enjoyed all that it had to offer. Contacting the host was simple and responses were always timely. We were looking for a place that was friendly to pets as that was our most important criteria. The host was great in working with us and even provided some information to make this day even more enjoyable.. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away, and allows for dogs before 10am or after 5pm. The pool is private with plenty of space and chairs Highlights we enjoyed: Multiple TVs throughout the condo, all with smart apps; comfortable furniture, full kitchen and amenities; and crisp air conditioning.

What a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach. Kim was excellent to communicate with us and our family enjoyed the Fourth of July holiday in Hilton Head!

Family beach trip

Owner was extremely helpful with directions, instructions about pet rules, beach access suggestions, and other amenities. The property was perfectly located - just off one of the fairways, and with easy access to the beach.
