A true ski-in/ski-out location! This beautiful, 3rd floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath village condo #1330 is perfectly situated in Grand Sierra Lodge directly above The Village restaurants and shops, and just steps away from The Village gondola.

This newly renovated is the perfect spot for your next winter or summer vacation. It's also great for guests looking to change up their remote-working location, with an extremely reliable fiber-optic connection. Located in “The Village at Mammoth Lakes”, everything you need is just steps away. You can walk to the gondola, which takes you straight to Canyon Lodge, and ski or bike back to the building via the ski back trail. The Village is the center of town, bustling with activities, restaurants, bars, and stores.

The living room has a 55'' Smart TV with DirecTV, Netflix, and Chromecast for all your entertainment needs. There is also a gas fireplace and a queen sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked if you prefer to cook a homemade meal during your stay. The dining area is spacious, seating up to 6 people at the dining table. The master bedroom features a King bed, as well as a 42'' Smart TV with DirecTV and a DVD player. There are plenty of outlets to charge all your devices. Extra fleece blankets are available to keep you cozy throughout your trip. Also on the hot summer days and nights a portable air conditioning is in the living room for those warm summer nights,

The unit is equipped with fiber internet, with Wi-Fi speeds up to 150mbps. If you're working remotely, there's no need to worry about your internet connection. The building boasts a state-of-the-art gym, with cardio equipment, weights, and a Peloton. There is also a guest locker room on the first floor of the complex to store your skis or snowboards.

There is 1 parking spot available in the heated underground garage. If you have multiple cars, there's a paid overnight parking lot located right next to The Village. For those who prefer to travel by bus, there's a bus stop located a few steps from the complex.

Also, If you want to get away from the mountain, you'll be just a couple miles from the Sierra Star and Snowcreek golf courses, bike trails and lakes.

Great place in the Village
We loved our stay! We decided to go to Mammoth on short notice, with our 5 year old daughter and dog. This place was perfect and really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was great...process was an abortion! I booked with VRBO then started receiving, what I thought were, solicitations from Five Star Luxury Accommodations which I deleted. The messages from 5 Star started threatening cancellation then I noticed they had the same reservation # as my VRBO resv. #. Come to find out without any notice what so ever, that all my contact information is with 5 Star not VRBO! I paid to VBRO over $200.00 to insure a pleasant stay only to be shuffled off to 5 Star who charged their fees on top of yours fees, plus their "resort fees." I disaster of a process as well as a case to add fuel to the elimination of the "junk fees" your industry has exploited. I would appreciate a response as to why I should not dispute your $200.00 charge. Thank You

Amazing place to stay in mammoth village!
My boyfriend and our little dog had a fantastic time at this place! The instructions for checking in were super clear. Although we arrived pretty late at night, we still had no issues finding the place and parking and all that. It was amazing being able to take the elevator down to the village and grab coffee before our big day or a nice dinner after our tiring hikes. The space itself was just as listed! Very clean and they provided everything you would need in the kitchen and restroom. The bed was also big and cozy. I would recommend this place to any friend or family and can’t wait to go back with my lil family soon :)
