Warm and cozy, upgraded, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ground floor (single level) condo in phase IV of the beautiful Snowcreek complex (Unit #563). Sleeps 6!

This unit is upgraded with high-end furniture throughout. The living room features a gas fireplace, large comfortable sofa, and a large, flat-screen TCL smart TV. Enjoy the spectacular views from your private outdoor patio (just off the living room) which offers a private gas BBQ.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in the fully-stocked, upgraded kitchen furnished with wood cabinetry, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, and well stocked with all the cookware and dish ware you'll need. Dine in at the large dining table (with seating for 6) or grab a quick snack at the kitchen bar (with stools provided for additional seating). The private, in-home washer dryer includes provided laundry pods.

The cozy bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options, with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath in the master bedroom, and a full over full bunk bed with and additional full-sized trundle pull out underneath in the second bedroom. There is also a second bathroom off the hall. Both bedrooms feature flat screen smart LG TV's.

The property features free, private WiFi and cable TV service. Walk to the town's no cost shuttle stop (red line); as well as nearby Mammoth Creek, and Mammoth's network of walking and bike trials.

No-smoking/No pets

Two parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. Parking is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As advertised. Had what we needed. Loved the creek out the bedroom windows. The unanticipated snowstorm (at time of booking) threw us off a little but very walkable area with bike/walking paths etc worked well. And the meadow adjacent. My favorite!

The property was immaculate and looked exactly like, even better than the photos. Furnishings were in very good condition with comfortable sofas and primary bed (didn't sleep in others). Love the peacefulness of the community but a short drive to groceries, restaurants, etc. Check in was easy. We appreciated the spices in the kitchen. Will definitely rent here again.

Great place for a ski weekend

Cozy condo in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked to cook at home. We loved the creek out back behind the property. It was a perfect base to enjoy a family ski weekend.

Excellent stay

We found the condo to be clean, well stocked, in great condition, and well located as it was close to the mountain and village. It snowed several of the days while we were there, and we were particularly impressed with their snow removal.

Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a strong background in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. Her husband Jason also holds a Bachelor's degree from UCSB in Film and Media Studies and has a background in real estate finance and transactions.
