The living space is comprised of 1600 square feet (two stories) fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, office space and laundry room. All three bedrooms were recently remodeled; kitchen and bathrooms are newly upgraded. For your leisure, enjoy the balcony style porch and backyard patio. The home is equipped with 24/7 live video surveillance around the entire external perimeter. A smart-lock system with alarm capabilities at the front entry for your safety and convenience.
