This 550 square foot unit is within a duplex and has been furnished with stylish yet minimalist decor. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and the living room sofa can be pulled out to sleep 2. Even though the unit is on Borrego Springs Road and you may hear some street noise, typically between 8 pm-morning there are few cars on the streets in Borrego…

It has been a joy to furnish this space with modern, yet simple designs…West Elm, Crate & Barrel, CB2, etc.

There are also 2 mini-splits and 2
smart TVs with access to Youtube TV (with over 70 channels) and WIFI speed of 200 Mps. We also provide starter coffee, creamer & sugar as well.

Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Also please turn off all outdoor lights at 10 am as it is a Dark Sky Community.
When checking out, please wash all dishes and throw trash in outside garbage bins near white arbor.
Due to severe allergies, no service animals are allowed in this unit, however my adjacent unit titled "Borrego Springs Chic 1 Bd/Ba" does allow them.

It’s exactly what we wanted. It is perfectly located to get to where you want to be. Easy drive to Slot Canyon, Galetta Sculptures, and dining in Borrego Springs. It’s cute, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommended and our host answered all my questions.

Very comfortable and clean, great for our 2 night stay. The only issue we had was the very small toaster oven took ages to cook anything. Also no kettle but that's just us wanting a cup of tea !

Quiet location close to town. Good parking and mountain views from the property. Apartment (Duplex) has been remodeled and has a living room, kitchen, and bedroom, which allows for privacy if needed.

Got a pinched nerve day b4, unable to go. Too late to cancel. Asked host and she said if we could cancel and she could re rent she would refund. Unfortunately No way to cancel through vrbo, assaid too late. The host was very generous to offer us 1 free night another time.

Nice spot in Borrego Springs

Nicely laid out and reasonably equipped, we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was some traffic noise at night and early in the morning (we are quite sensitive to noise); otherwise very comfortable. Nice little front porch.

Desert Down Time

This is our second time at this property and just like our first experience it was awesome. Everything we would need is supplied, the town is walking distance and really all one needs to do is park and relax.

Wonderful wildflower getaway!

This rental was clean and comfortable. I cooked while there and found the kitchen well-stocked with everything I needed. I loved the views from the front picnic table and the back fire ring and it was so nice to be in town and close to many of the park's amenities.

Great apartment!

The apartment was very nice, clean and exactly as the pictures. Everithing is working fine, hot and cold water, the air conditioner was pperfect for the rooms and the communication with the host was very on time.

Not much from the outside but nice on the inside. Close to stores etc. A little hard to find in the dark. A light on the address sign out front would solve that problem. No reason not to recommend, I would stay there again.

Comfy and safe and cost effective

We were very happy in our little oasis. All the conveniences we needed, and well within the budget. The location has easy town access to shops and eateries, also fast access to hiking and bike-riding.....We liked the farmers market on Friday starting at 8am. We liked the Market Center's 10% senior discount.all day on Wednesday. Overall a great place to spend some time.
