Surprised

This home was perfect. I expected it to be small once looking from the outside but ounce you step in that all changes. This place has character and a surprise around every corner. Bright, Clean, Easy, good location, great pick.

Stadium convenient!

Great for a short term trip to be close the stadium! Easy travel to all of KC. If you’re looking for fancy, this is not it. There is an odor, we believe it was the cleaning supplies but with the fans on it did help. One of the beds had sheets that didn’t fit and would completely come off during the night. We really did enjoy our stay though, it worked for our short term vaca!

Canceled Day of Due to Double Booking

Must’ve relisted property since I booked in January. When I messaged to get into property I was canceled. Barely found another place to stay. Terrible customer experience

Customer was well compensated for the mistake on our end. Customer received more money than they paid for so we would say they were well taken care of for our error. We stive to do right by each and every guest when unfortunate situations arise like the one this guest experienced.

Home for Christmas

This house was located in a decent neighborhood close to the expressway, making it easy to access all areas of the city. The property owner provided prompt responses whenever we reached out to him. Although recently renovated, There were issues that we brought to the property owners attention. He said he appreciated our feedback and our use it to improve their services.

Great home to stay at!!

We really enjoyed the little pac man game in the basement as well as having ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The only thing I would recommend fixing up in the screen door in the front, it just doesn't shut very easy but otherwise it was a great house and clean!
