The upper level (aka The Lookout) has spectacular ocean views, along with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a (main) kitchen and a great room that opens up to a balcony overlooking the water. Off the wraparound porch are stairs to access, as well as a powered lift for effortless loading & unloading (luggage only).
On the mezzanine level is a separate living space with bunk beds, kitchenette and bathroom. Think of it like a clubhouse or separate apartment; perfect for older kids or a family to have their own space and privacy. This is accessed through a separate private entrance and there are no interior stairs to the main level.
Just off the lower level is private beach access and a private heated saltwater pool overlooking the water.
All four bedrooms are outfitted with luxury linens and pillows, ample lighting, clothing storage solutions, and luggage racks. The full shared bathroom includes basic toiletries and hotel quality towels.

You're a short 10 min drive to The Big Store in Crystal Beach, where you can find most of what you need for your stay! Or embark on a longer adventure and make your way 1 hr north of Galveston via the ferry makes for an easy day trip!
