This detached house includes: - Fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine) open to the living/dining room - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and ensuite shower room - Separate WC Upstairs: - Bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) - Bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be converted into two single beds (90x200cm) and a space for working from home - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a space for working from home - Bathroom with WC and bathtub Outside: - Enclosed garden with a terrace at the front and rear of the house - Garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, and sun loungers. Good to know: - A garage is available for storing your bicycles or surfboards. - Rentals are from Sunday to Sunday in July and August. Located in a wooded area, the cottage may occasionally host some insects during periods of intense summer heat. This is part of the natural environment. Solutions are available for your comfort (appropriate products, electric fly swatter).
