Welcome to one of Pamela’s Premier Properties!
Plan your next Branson adventure at this 4 bedroom (plus loft) 3 bath home named “Eagles Perch” since at times, you can spot eagles swooping into lake Taneycomo and catching trout! Whether you spend your days by the pool, in the hot tub, or taking in the beautiful lake views, this vacation rental offers something for the whole family. After an evening around the fire pit, make your way indoors to find a well furnished living space with a fully equipped kitchen and game room. Pet friendly too with dog park!

Perfect for a family vacation or reunion with friends, this impressive Branson hideaway offers all the amenities imaginable for a memorable retreat in a prime location for exploring the area’s best attractions.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Seasonal pool (not heated), hot tub, screened porch, 2 hammocks, fire pit, outdoor dining areas, gas grill, covered porch, swinging bench, kids play set, horseshoes, basketball hoop

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishware & flatware, spices, Crock-Pot, high chair

INDOOR LIVING: 7 Smart TVs, fireplace, dining table, ceiling fans, child-friendly loft

GENERAL: Washer & dryer, towels, linens, central air conditioning/heat, keyless entry

FAQ: Pet fee (paid pre-trip), Ring doorbell (facing out), 2 exterior security cameras (above garage and front of house), 1 exterior step required for access, insects, ticks, snakes, etc. anything of nature including cobwebs may be present in area. Upon booking you will be asked to send a selfie holding your government issued ID. Your ID and credit card information must match. No third-party bookings allowed. Minimum age to book is 25.
PARKING: Driveway (6 vehicles), RV/trailer parking

I’m available to guests via phone/ text/ email but like to give guests their space.

Please note: damage deposit required but refundable after stay. If no issues, it will just automatically fall off.

Perfect Getaway

We loved the fact it is located a short drive away from everything and in a somewhat secluded area. The pool was awesome for keeping the kids occupied and happy. The morning visits by the Eagle perching about 50 feet away was awesome while we gazed out over the river valley drinking our coffee.

Relaxing week in Branson

Eagle’s Perch was the perfect place to step away from the everyday and reconnect with our friends. Pamela was very thorough and responsive and has clearly thought through the layout and amenities on the property - game room, dog park, pool, etc.

Property was very clean. Location is secluded without being remote. Area is full if attractions that kept us bery busy but house was a relaxing respite. Definitely a great place for kids and furry ones too!

Peaceful and Amenity Filled

We have rented many homes through VRBO but never one with so many family friendly amenities! When your 6 yr old grandson comments on what a great place it was for our stay you know it’s spectacular! Sunrises and sunsets from the back porches overlooking the lake were the best for the adults! Highly recommend!

Great pre-Christmas family trip

Such a great stay! So many amenities, such a beautiful property! Our kids adored the game room and we had a family movie night downstairs! This property is so unique and fun to spend time at. From the fire pit, to the hot tub, to family dinner at the big dining table, we were so impressed! Thank you Pam for letting us rent the property and making our trip so memorable!

Something for everyone

This was the perfect choice for our 3 generation and 4 legged family members to spend time together. We all kept busy with the great amenities at this beautifully decorated home. The large lot gave us plenty of parking areas, grass to walk the pets, video games in the garage, swimming in the well maintained pool, and many areas to sit and relax, watch tv or just sit and take in the view. One of the highlights was after dark when our grandchildren noticed the large cross that was lit many miles away on the other side of the lake.

Wonderful place to stay

We all had an amazing time at this property. It was perfect for our family reunion and the owners have thought of everything! From toys and games for kids to every kitchen gadget imaginable this house has it all - We've stayed at a ton of vrbo's and this one was by far the most complete. The house is perfect for the variable Branson weather - Even in the rain we had plenty to keep us occupied. The neighborhood is remote and quiet, and the views of Lake Taneycomo are excellent.

The perfect Branson house

This house was PERFECT for our family and extended family!! The home was very well kept and clean. It had all the essential!! The game room and kids loft area entertained our kids (and the parents) for hours!!! The hot tub was so enjoyable too! The view is amazing! The host were so quick to respond and easy to work with! Highly recommend this home!!

A Great Thanksgiving at the Lake

We had three generations stay in the house over Thanksgiving. The set up was perfect for family time and provided space to spread out and find quiet if/when needed. Loved the enclosed balcony which faced the lake for coffee and wine drinking. The younger generation loved the game room, basketball hoop and play gym. We would like to come back next year when the pool is open.

Family Fun 2023

It was a wonderful location out of town. Thank goodness for the pool with the heat in MO, it was a true hit!! The only thing is the deck could use some work, nails popped up and some soft boards. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Had all we needed for kitchen supplies. It was a great time fun by all!!!

Great get away!

This house was the perfect set up for our family vacation. We needed a relaxing long weekend before school started again. The house was clean, accurate photos and description. Our only wish is we would have brought more towels. We were running short for both bath & kitchen towels. Otherwise I wouldn’t be surprised if we rented again! It was that perfect!

Relaxing summer weekend

My family of adults loved everything about this luxurious home. From the comfortable bedding with many bedrooms and bathrooms, to the well stocked and well appointed kitchen, to the sunroom to enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake, and to top it all off was the pool to float in and get our last tan of the summer. This was exactly the getaway we were in need of and Pamela was a wonderful host and in constant communication to ensure we were getting the most out of our stay in their lovely home. We will be back!!

Family Fun!

WOW! This home had everything you could imagine! It was perfect for our family as we celebrated my parents 62nd wedding anniversary. There is something to do here for every age group...swimming pool, hot tub, game room in garage, firepit, horseshoes, cornhole, toddler bikes with helmets, swing set for the kids, basketball hoop with balls, several hammocks & picnic tables, porch swing, TV & board game area downstairs, not to mention, TV's in every room & on the deck by the pool & hot tub. We did a lot of cooking & had all the necessary appliances, dishes, seasonings, etc. There was plenty of room for sleeping & restrooms for our group of 10. The greatest thing of all is the VIEW!!! The house & property are beautiful! We did go into Branson for a few shows & it took about 15-25 minutes depending on the destination. This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my parents! I would definitely recommend staying here, & you can't beat the service & communication with Pamela. We appreciate that this house was truly a home away from home!
