Very clean well kept

The condo was very clean and very well kept. All things we needed were there. We enjoyed our stay and the condo owner was easy to work with.

Great stay

Nice place with lots of room for a family. Host was excellent with communication! No issues at all. The condo has all the things we needed to enjoy our stay! Enjoyed the bottom level this year for easy access to the lake.

Comfy casual weekend

This place was very well taken care of. Perfect place for our group! Loved the 2 bigger bed rooms and the extra beds in the 3rd room! Thanks for taking care of us!

Perfect for our needs

We stayed here during a mini vacay/softball tournament and this place was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we had everything we needed. The balcony was nicely set up with patio furniture and was a great place to have my morning coffee and breakfast. The kids loved the beach access for late afternoon and evening swims. The owners were very good with communication amd were available for any questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Beautiful, clean, and perfect location

This place was beautiful! My husband and I come to the Ozarks every summer and this has been our favorite place by far! The beds were so comfortable and the place had everything needed. It was also perfect location being in the Ledges and the condo being on the bottom floor was so convenient to walk down the stairs to the dock. We needed a larger boat slip and the owners did a wonderful job of connecting us with someone to rent the slip from. If you looking between 2 places to stay while in the ozarks pick this one, you won’t regret it!

Lake of Ozark Ledges Confo

Fun place to stay family ages ranged from 93 yoa to 3yoa. All but for stairs got along great need emphasis on condo is ground level but parking is 3 stories up with no elevator. Did have wedding gift (pair of earrings) disappear from master bedroom they were purposely taken out of box so pretty sure granddaughter was no playing with them. But overall clean, fun place to stay.

Plenty of space!

We stayed with our family because we came down to get married. We had multiple groups stay in the condos but we all seem to gather in ours since it was spacious and roomy. Easy access to fish and swim was a plus for the kids and family. The large deck made gathering outside super easy! Host was easy to contact and responded promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Clean & comfortable Condo

Extended family and friends stayed with me at this Condo & it was perfect. Plenty of room for 7 adults, very clean, plenty of towels & amenities close to everything in Osage Beach. Mark was easy to communicate with & the entire process was very easy. Would recommend this to others.
