And, with fantastic shared amenities--including an indoor hot tub, outdoor beachfront pool and kiddie pool, sauna, tennis court, and gym--you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to the day’s activities.

Sip evening cocktails on your water-view, wraparound balcony, perfect for stunning sunsets. Or kick back inside in front of the TV. Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances and ample countertop space. Dine together at the adjacent table, or eat alfresco on the balcony.

With a great location and all the on-site amenities you need, this is one beach call you don’t want to miss.

Things to Know
Parking passes are purchased online, and no parking is allowed on-site without doing so. After booking, Vacasa will register you in the HOA's parking system (VRPS). Before arrival, you’ll receive an email to pay for your parking pass(es) and put them on hold for your stay. The current rate is $55 per pass for your entire stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and Vacasa does not receive this.
From mid-December to June 1, 2024, the Phoenix III HOA will be upgrading the elevators. Maintenance will occur one at a time and during this period, there will only be one functioning elevator.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location mediocre condo

Location was great. Great balcony view. The condo left lots to be desired with archaic bathroom faucets, chipped/cracked tile, chipped paint on walls and ceilings, and just overall needs a refresh. The photos look much more upscale than the real thing.

The accommodations were great. Room 3149 beds and couch uncomfortable. No beach chairs or umbrella to use. No pot holders in kitchen. Coffee maker was nasty (it's clean now). Shower in guest bathroom broken and extremely small.

Came for baseball tournament

Condo was clean. Everything was nice and great for what we came for. We appreciated the extra beach toys in the closet for the kids to utilize. We could not fit our beach toys in with all of our luggage and ball park equipment. I would add a swifter or something like that to clean the floors. And a way to clean the washing machine before use. The faucets in the showers were not user friendly and need to be updated. But outside of that, the condo was nice!

Great wrap-around balcony and awesome views!

We especially enjoyed the wraparound balcony with its comfortable seating! There was even a balcony off the primary bedroom with comfortable seating! Awesome views from the balconies and would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Be aware that they are very strict on only 2 parking passes. Also, if you are planning to cook, the kitchen is lacking. Other than that, great experience.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the amenities, especially the pickle ball courts. The unit could use some maintenance (weird sound when turning on master shower, loose tile in kitchen) and the kitchen could have been cleaner (pots not clean, Cheerios in utensil drawer) so we couldn’t give it 5 stars, but it was comfortable for our family of 5 and had everything that we needed.

Beautiful Beach View

This condo has plenty of space. 3 large bedrooms with king beds in two rooms and two queen beds in the other bedroom. It has 2 small but functional bathrooms. The master bedroom does have a dressing area separate from the toilet and bathtub. You have a beautiful view of the beach and gulf from the balcony off of the living room that wraps around the east side of the condo. You also have a balcony off of the master bedroom that overlooks the parking areas and Main Street through Orange Beach. The condo was clean but needs to be deep cleaned with the walls being washed and some areas need the paint touched up. The paint was peeling around the doorframe outside the master bedroom. The rugs in the foyer and living room are dirty and need replacing, removing all together or at least steam cleaned. The drain plug (it doesn’t have the type built into the tub) for the hallway bathroom tub was covered in mold/mildew. I cleaned it the best I could because we had 2 children that needed baths. The parking fee that’s mentioned in the description that is charged by the resort is $55 per vehicle which is expensive in my opinion. Vacasa is the property manager and I found them easy to work with. The first night we arrived the smoke detector started chirping intermittently around midnight indicating a low battery. I called Vacasa the next morning and within 10 minutes maintenance was there and changed out the smoke detector not just battery replacement. I do recommend the condo.

Our stay

Room needs a little more updating. Bathroom and kitchen was nice but bedrooms need updated and decor. Also need a new air unit. The room was cold in the living area but the bedrooms were scorching. The tag on the air unit said it hadn’t been serviced since 2020 and the air filter was covered in dust. Also there was 2 rooms with locks on it that we could get in without a code and we couldn’t find a code anywhere.

Amazing condo and excellent staff!

Updates

Loved the location and said they had a great time. Lots to do there and would go back again. BUT Condo's needed some definite maintenance. Bathroom door was completely off the hinges, refrigerator leaked, beds not made at 4pm.

Family Trip 2022

This condo was perfect for my family of 10. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, as well as extra chairs and beach toys for my grands to play with on the beach. Would definitely recommend this unit and stay again ourselves.

Good place

Decent Condo on Beach

Pictures present the condo to be much more updated and "clean" than the reality of the condo. I did expect some wear because the Phoenix III has been around for quite a while. The condo was not cleaned well at all upon arrival. Layers of dust on just about everything along with stains over kitchens cabinets (that wiped off with hot water) and small crumbs and bits of hair in the visible corners of kitchen and all bathrooms. Positives: It's on the beach and the pool area is well maintained.
