Cotton Bayou 1H is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with beautiful views of the bayou. Boaters will love the convenience of an on-site boat dock and launch!



Marina Rental Fee: $250 week / $50 day.



Property Features:



• The balcony is accessible from the living room.



• Wood flooring is featured throughout the unit, with tile in the bathrooms.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats six, with four additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area features a sectional sofa with ample seating.



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• Loft area features two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunks.)



• A designated BBQ grill area is located on the concrete slab near the pool. Grills may not be used elsewhere on the property due to fire safety regulations.



• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry - no long lines required.



• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

Lower Alabama is a great vacation spot

The condo was close to the beach as well as miles of trails in the bayou to explore. The beds were super comfortable and the owner was very quick to respond. We will definitely stay again when we are in Alabama!

First time visiting Orange Beach

Had a wonderful time in Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores. Nice condo to stay at with kids. We called on the second day for maintenance on the dryer. The maintenance guy was there within 30 minutes. The condo was very nice with great amenities. Loved every day of our stay!

Distress stairway

Condo was wonderful. However was unaware of three stories of stairs to condo . We are elderly and this factor was a big problem for us .

The floor wasnt sweap to well. The refrigerator rubbed the wall on one side. Guest room bed frame was ridged up made alot of noise felt like it may fall apart. The wallk to the beach wasnt quite a six minute walk. I got a call about that the condo was listed to be sold and had a date schedule for a showing durning our stay. This information was not included in any e-mail sent during the booking.
