The Neighborhood:
The home is cozied in the corner of a community style cul-de-sac. It's a quiet, family style neighborhood just a quick drive from the heart of the city's hottest happenings!

Centrally located we are:

5 minutes from Orange Tree Golf Resort, Stonecreek Golf Club, grocery stores, Paradise Valley Mall, and 5 local public parks.

10 minutes from Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Iconic Hikes + Sightseeing, and Penske Racing Museum.

Under 30 minutes from the Phoenix Intl. Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix Zoo + Botanical Gardens, and Mayo Clinic.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available in the driveway. Most things are easily accessible by car or rideshare.

Feel like staying in and enjoying some rest + relaxation? While our home may feel like it's own little oasis - delivery options (UberEats, GoPuff, Instacart) are readily available to get the goods you need without ever having to leave!

Other Things to Note:
Owner has a storage closet and outdoor shed. Access to those two items is not permitted.

Pool: The pool is cleaned every Wednesday. Our pool technician will be on the property during normal business hours for around a half an hour to ensure the water is in perfect shape for your enjoyment. Our pool cleaner hose is on an automatic timer - it will remain in the pool at all times. It is safe to swim while it is running. We're excited to share we've installed an electric pool heater! Due to the size of the pool and Arizona's weather, it is NOT a sauna/hot tub temperature but will make the water warmer than usual. There is a charge for heating the pool. You must let us know in advance of your arrival if you'd like the pool heated during your stay.

💥Trash: We have a trash service that rolls our waste bins out for Trash Day on Mondays. If you see them Sunday or Monday night rolling our bins out to the curb, please feel free to say hi - they are very nice and great at their jobs!

Our home is located in a neighborhood of families with small children. Please be mindful when driving, and absolutely no speeding is permitted. Thank you!

We're happy to host you and your furry friend! We do have a pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay.
