Come and discover this charming house located in La Chapelle-Aubareil, in the village centre and close to shops, in a calm and pleasant environment, ideal for family or friends' stays. The village has a children's play area, tennis courts, a petanque court (boules ground) as well as a friendly bar/restaurant. You will also find a small supermarket offering, most mornings, fresh bread and croissants.



You will appreciate its private heated swimming pool at 25 degrees, open from 7 May to 15 September, as well as its terrace equipped with a plancha, perfect for sharing convivial moments.



The house can accommodate up to 6 travellers.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the main room with an armchair, sofas and a television (DVD player, games console and Netflix access), ideal for relaxing or enjoying a moment of reading. You can have your meals around the indoor table or enjoy the garden furniture on the terrace.



The kitchen, open to the living area and fully equipped (electric hob, refrigerator, oven, freezer), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers with filter and Nespresso.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140/190), with access to its en-suite bathroom and WC

- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90/190)

- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90/190)



A bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and hairdryer completes the accommodation.



You will benefit from a private outdoor car park allowing you to park up to two vehicles in front of the property.
