This spacious and charming beach home, located just off Scenic Gulf Drive in the heart of Destin's Crystal Beach, is perfect for your next vacation. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, you’ll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The home features Old Florida-style architecture, complete with a white picket fence, columned covered porches, and wrap-around balconies, creating a tropical oasis just a minute's stroll from the glistening gulf.

**Important Information - Please Read**

- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old (No exceptions)
- Max Occupancy: 16 guests
- Parking: 3 standard size vehicles (No overflow parking)
- Mail & Delivery Service: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home as we cannot guarantee delivery.
- Incidentals Hold: $1,500 - The hold is released at checkout.
- Check-in: 4:30 PM & Check-out: 9:00 AM
- No Pets Allowed
- Private Pool: Chlorine pool with plenty of lounge chairs; heating available for $55/day (October - April)
- Amenity Starter Pack: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Beach Chair & Umbrella rentals are available for an extra fee
- Amenities: Standard kitchen appliances, Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, propane grill.

First Floor:

- Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, quartz-topped bar seating for four, and a long dining table for ten under a modern lighting display
- Bedrooms: Two king bedrooms sharing a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo that also serves as a powder room
- Garage: Includes laundry facilities

Second Floor:
- Master Suite: King bed with vaulted ceiling, private balcony access, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
- Guest Suite: Two king beds, a full futon, private balcony access, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo
- Guest Bedroom: King bed with shared access to a full hall bathroom and balcony

Third Floor:
- Loft: Bonus room with two queen beds and balcony access, providing gulf views

Located in Destin's Crystal Beach, this home is a short distance from the Destin Commons shopping village, featuring designer stores, specialty boutiques, restaurants, and a multiplex theater. Nearby, the Paradise Key shopping center offers a Publix Grocery Store, Walgreens, and various retail shops and restaurants. The central location provides easy access to Destin Harbor’s Harborwalk Village and Sandestin’s Village of Baytowne Wharf, along with several beachside restaurants within walking distance, including "790 on the Gulf," "Camille's," "Beachwalk Café," and "The Crab Trap."

Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family-oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Excessive noise, disturbances, large parties, unauthorized events, or any violation of HOA rules will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.

- No Pets or Animals Allowed
- No Smoking: Strictly enforced, including balconies and pool areas
- No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms
- No RVs, Trailers, Watercraft, or Large Vans. No overflow or off-site parking is available.
- Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach: Per City of Destin regulations
- Signed Rental Agreement Required: Failure to sign may result in cancellation without refund
