The Condo is located on the second story one flight of stairs.

Located 4 miles from the sunny beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Anna Maria Island.

Tucked away on Cortez Road close to great local spots as well as 3 miles from the historic Cortez Fishing Village.

Take a 5 mile drive and you will be in Bradenton Beach at the famous Bridge Street and Pier.

1 mile from the G.T. Bray Recreation Center include a fitness center, group exercise classes, an Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool and splash pad, teen center, hard and clay tennis courts, racquetball, pickleball, and a gym to play basketball, volleyball, badminton, and cornhole.

Very Clean, Great Location

Great Location, close drive to beach, walking distance to RJ Gators and Clancy’s, very friendly on site manager. Spotlessly clean.

Great location

This location is smack dab in the middle of everything, which is perfect for us. We had access to groceries, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment. Plus the beach and nature preserve was right down the road. The owners are very easy to contact and friendly. No doubt we will be back to stay.

Great apartment in a great location

Very nice, clean, up to date 2BR, 2 bath apartment in a location close to but not on Cortez, not too far from Anna Maria Island. Quick responses to questions from owner and property manager.

Bradenton stay

We were the first renters. Water initially was not on but Theresa had fixed the next day. Then water was out to one toilet, but again it was fixed next day. Property is large and very comfortable. Very clean with nice furnishings and comfy beds. Location close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria island. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Immediate area is a bit lower end but nearby areas are very nice. Nearby Cortez village has great seafood restaurants. Would be nice if there is an outside sunning area in currently unused backyard with grille.
