Our condo is right on the sand dunes which provides an amazing view of the coastal landscape and a slight peak of the ocean. We may have older decor and furnishings, but it's comfortable and perfect for a family who wants an enjoyable & affordable beach vacation. We have great rates for that beach vacation your family is needing! It is perfect for a small family vacation where memories can be made. First floor beach access - makes it an easy, quick little walk to the beach for kids and grandparents. And easy for unloading the car from the parking lot (first level has easy ramp access). Facing Santa Cruz, our condo has a nice view to enjoy the sunset.

This condo offers a clean, well stocked kitchen and living room with all the essentials you need for a comfortable vacation.
