This nicely decorated unit with 10' x 28' very spacious, beach-front, balcony overlooking the sandy beach, will provide you with the ultimate luxury and comfort. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features to fit all your vacation needs.

Parking, Parking, Parking! This condo has 2 side-by-side reserved parking spaces on the ground floor close to the elevator! Talk about convenience! It is one of the very few at Ocean Reef with 2 dedicated parking spaces and you do not have to use the garage ramp, easy in and easy out.

Your luxury condominium has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Breakfast bar area and spacious eat in dining area for all your entertaining needs. Now it’s time to sit back and relax. Spend quality family time in this spacious living room that was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. You will have a queen-size sleeper sofa and additional seating for you to relax and watch the large HD flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi Service included. Washer and Dryer in the unit.

The scenic gulf front master bedroom with balcony access has a KING size bed for you ultimate comfort. You have your own private master bath with beautiful custom granite countertops and double vanity. Your second bedroom offers you a KING size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. There is NO CARPET in this unit, custom tile throughout.

BEACH CHAIRS are provided in the condo for you to carry to the beach.

Now we have saved the best for last. You will find the best balcony on the beach! A spacious gulf front balcony (10'x 28') for you to experience the most incredible sunsets and beautiful views of the Emerald Coast.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The beds were comfortable and we rested well every night. We loved to view from the large balcony and the room was very clean and spacious. The elevators need some attention and service. Overall we were pleased with everything else. We would visit this condo again.

Beautiful Condo/location. Terrible building management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had beautiful, comfortable decor. Clean, good location, very nice view. But the building management of Ocean Reef terrible. They have 3 elevators, 1 was completely broken the whole time we were there, the other 2 were never both working, guests had to wait 2/3 stops before they could get on because only 6 adults allowed on at a time. They told people to use the stairs. Well there is no way I am climbing up and down 19 flights of steps. People were getting stuck on the elevators for 30 minutes, with no rescue, elevator dropped 4 floors, repairs were made at least 2 times. Also the elevator inspection certificate on the elevator is almost 2 years past due. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! SERIOUS RISKS INVOLVED!!!!!

We had a great time in PCB Ocean Reef 1902. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony!! Miniature golf, donuts and Alvin’s close by! The condo had everything we (two couples) needed! Nice to have two king size beds!! We usually stay closer to Pier Park so that was an adjustment for us but condo itself was nice. The parking spot was awesome!!

Labor Day 2022

We had a wonderful time. Cleaning could have been better. Housekeeping didn’t wipe out all of the oven cleaner and we had to finish cleaning before using. Seemed to have a lot of sand on the floor considering we just checked in. The pictures posted are accurate. We really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend the condo.

Wonderful vacation!

We have stayed in several units at Ocean Reef and this one was by far the best! Nice & clean with great furnishings and amenities. The beach chais & umbrellas provided were a huge plus! We are ready to go back!

The condo was very clean an in a great location. We had 6 people in our party 2 couples an 2 children. The condo didn’t feel cramped very spacious. The balcony was one of my favorites. It was very large we had breakfast almost very morning looking at the ocean . Having a code an not having to look for keys or keep up with them was also very nice . The beds slept wonderful also good mattress. The only thing there was the sheets in the 2nd bedroom were a little rough especially after being a little sun burn. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes. The wagon was very handed an used a lot . The staff was very friendly an helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

This condo was very clean & was equipped with everything needed to make your stay so much easier. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, playpen, high chair & a fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable & the balcony was so relaxing.
