Location, Location, Location !!!

Except for a short trip to the Pier Park, you would not need to step in your vehicle. Everything is within 5 mins walk - great restaurants, 'not so mini' golf, go-carting, grocery store, souvenir shops. The condo is on the beach and views from the 19 floor are awesome. The sunset is great to watch from the huge balcony....overall wonderful property to stay in.

Wonderful Last Minute Get Away!!

It was an unbelievable view.. Our only small complaint if you will was the parking spot. We drove a large Pick Up truck and we were parked between a wall and the exit. We were extremely worried that we were going to get hit. Overall wonderful experience and will absolutly book again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! Our family of 4 (2 kids under 5 yrs old) loved everything about this condo and its location. We had plenty of room and a wonderful spacious balcony where we ate almost every single meal. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the beach service was amazing, especially when we didn't have to lug even MORE stuff for our kids! Ha! With Runaway Island and an ice cream shoppe in walking distance, we had some great nightly ventures without hanging out in any traffic. All in all, wonderful time. Thank you!

All Good Until......

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great... leaving not so good. Elevators inop at departure. Had to haul all luggage 19 floors 3 trips up and down with two toddlers. Thought I was gonna have a heat stroke in stairwell. Was told they were coming to fix but never showed up before we had to leave. Killed the whole trip. Nightmare. Other small children screaming in stairwell didn't help. Expect some sort of compensation if I would ever return.

Nice Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo! Spacious, clean, high roomy ceilings. Very large balcony as well. Fast elevators. We did have an issue with the fact that their are no carts to carry luggage up and back down. With 3 kids and two adults for a full week's worth of stuff, that's an issue. We did find out at the end of our start that maintenance has some grocery carts that people use that remain locked up pretty much. The trips carrying things took two hour alone when we arrive because we were on the 19th floor and had to wait on elevators coming and going. That was two hours wasted. Also, a hassle to leave because of the many trips and no grocery cart available. Beach was beautiful as always though.

Three people that had a great time at Ocean Reef Condo's

My wife, our friend Joan Williams and myself have been taking our vacation for the past three years at Ocean Reef Condos . Joe Willoby, and I have been friends for a few years and I would not try to have hard feeling for anything. I have been a Hotel National sales manager and inspector for several years as well as Large Condo manages. I never minced words about things that needed to be fixed, get it done and move on with no hard feelings. You as asked for my openIon so here it is about thing that need to be repaired or replaced in unit 1904. The mattresses in both bedrooms need to be replaced, Troster does work and screens in bedroom need to be repaired. You might check the couch pillows in the living room, these are thing that over time needs addressed. The property itself was in exceptional, clean, orderly and friend. Hopefully we will be back next year to enjoy another vacation at Ocean Reef, and Greta's Beach rental, you are very nice people. I sure know property Managment is not easy. Excellent condo

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, though it was the Memorial day weekend, and the overflow parking lot was full on one day, so that was a challenge, but everything else was well maintained, the beach attendant was super helpful. Two minor issues, one of the elevators was out of service the entire 5 days we were there, causing lines and delays, and for a condo that sleeps 6, there were only 4 bath towels, but everything else was well stocked, great location, amazing balcony, and exactly as advertised!

Relaxing Month

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the unit was exactly as pictured. The kitchen provided all the essentials needed for our monthly stay. We’ve stayed in other Ocean Reef units in the past. The large balcony is the amenity we like the most. Some of the balcony furniture was rusty and should be replaced for future renters to enjoy. Being close to Pier Park and other shopping is a big plus.

Nice Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an overall nice condo. Love the comfortable seating in the living room with two recliners and a chaise. It is nicely decorated. The balcony is large and offers lots of seating options to enjoy the view. There was some nice updating in the kitchen, but could really use updating with taller bathroom vanities, and comfort level toilets. The condo is located in a very congested area. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are close by, but the traffic is so bad that it ends up being a long drive. It was nice having the beach chair set up included in the rental. The owner does provide two wagons to help unloading your stuff, but they were both broken. One was somewhat operational although one of the wheels was broken. There are three elevators to serve the building, but one was non-operational the entire time we were there. There could be very long wait times to get an elevator. Overall, I would recommend this condo, but we will not be coming back primarily because of the location. The property manager was very professional and communicated well. Check in and check out was easy.
