Condo was very nice and comfortable. Two stars for the horrible elevator situation and lack of communication with the owners. For two of our five days we were significantly delayed trying to go to and from the beach because only one elevator was running for the entire building. There were 20-30 minute wait times each way especially during busy times. Talking with other residents this seems to be common with this building. When we tried contacting Greta’s several times during our stay we never got one response from them. We got the standard automatic responses like welcome and departure messages but not one response to our specific questions. We enjoyed the actual condo, but the other issues would definitely keep us from renting there again.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay, though it was the Memorial day weekend, and the overflow parking lot was full on one day, so that was a challenge, but everything else was well maintained, the beach attendant was super helpful. Two minor issues, one of the elevators was out of service the entire 5 days we were there, causing lines and delays, and for a condo that sleeps 6, there were only 4 bath towels, but everything else was well stocked, great location, amazing balcony, and exactly as advertised!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the unit was exactly as pictured. The kitchen provided all the essentials needed for our monthly stay. We’ve stayed in other Ocean Reef units in the past. The large balcony is the amenity we like the most. Some of the balcony furniture was rusty and should be replaced for future renters to enjoy. Being close to Pier Park and other shopping is a big plus.

All Good Until......

Had to haul all luggage 19 floors 3 trips up and down with two toddlers. Thought I was gonna have a heat stroke in stairwell. Was told they were coming to fix but never showed up before we had to leave. Killed the whole trip. Nightmare. Other small children screaming in stairwell didn't help. Expect some sort of compensation if I would ever return.

Nice Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an overall nice condo. Love the comfortable seating in the living room with two recliners and a chaise. It is nicely decorated. The balcony is large and offers lots of seating options to enjoy the view. There was some nice updating in the kitchen, but could really use updating with taller bathroom vanities, and comfort level toilets. The condo is located in a very congested area. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are close by, but the traffic is so bad that it ends up being a long drive. It was nice having the beach chair set up included in the rental. The owner does provide two wagons to help unloading your stuff, but they were both broken. One was somewhat operational although one of the wheels was broken. There are three elevators to serve the building, but one was non-operational the entire time we were there. There could be very long wait times to get an elevator. Overall, I would recommend this condo, but we will not be coming back primarily because of the location. The property manager was very professional and communicated well. Check in and check out was easy.

We We suppose to go fishing, but unfortunately mother nature wouldn't allow that to happen. So we wound up staying in the room most of the time. For 3 guys this was a perfectly fine condo. Showers are a little short (I'm 6'3) but other than that, we had no issues. We're men though. Give us a clean bed, a toilet, and hot shower and we're pretty satisfied. May be a different story if women were with us. But I thought the place was fine. Pool isn't as fancy as others but not a big deal.

Great Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at 1904 Ocean Reef for our anniversary. Condo was nice with an awesome beach view. Everything was updated and clean. We had an issue with the previous renter messing up the TV set-up, but Adam came right away to fix the issue and was very nice and helpful. The building was in good condition and working order and our parking space was very convenient. The only negative was the pool and pool area was small for size of the complex and it was almost impossible to get pool lounge chairs. The beach area was very nice and the beach chairs and umbrella were nice.
