This place was absolutely AMAZING!!! Great family location the condo sits to the side so it’s away from the commotion that the pool might have going on I would love to stay here again!!! I highly recommend it you won’t be disappointed

We recently stayed at this beachfront condo and had a mixed experience.The location was great and the condo is in a great spot with a beautiful view of the beach, which we really enjoyed throughout our stay.However, the unit itself is quite dated and could benefit from some updates. The mattress is worn and uncomfortable, and the linens are noticeably old and in need of replacement. Upon arrival, there was also a musty, mildew like smell throughout the condo. We made efforts to improve it by wiping surfaces with disinfectant, using spray, and airing out the space, but the odor persisted.Additionally, there was construction taking place during our stay, and only one pool was available, which limited some of the amenities we were hoping to enjoy.Overall, while the location and view are great, the condition of the condo and the ongoing construction impacted our experience.

Beautiful sunsets

This property was centrally located. The views were amazing. The condo looked exactly like the photos. My son absolutely loved the egg chair on the balcony. The Tiki bar at the pool was an added bonus. Having beach chair service included was really nice. Only issue was the usage of elevators. For 2 days only 1 elevator was working. It was a bit difficult with 2 elderly family members having to walk down 7 flights of stairs.

Quick get away

I booked this at the last minute and had to take what I could get. With that being said, I didn’t expect much. But I was pleasantly suprised at this property. VERY clean and well stocked. I will stay here again.

Being from Nashville, I was ecstatic to find a place right next to the new Tootsies! Whether you’re here for the live music or the sound of the waves, we’ve got you covered. We hope you love this view as much as we do!

My family and I have been coming to PCB for as long as I can remember. When the opportunity came to own a piece of the shoreline we love so much, we jumped at it! We chose this neighborhood because it’s centrally located to everything that makes a vacation easy—great food, family fun, and, of course, those million-dollar Gulf views. We’re so excited to share our 'happy place' with you and help you make your own PCB memories.
