It is a 2 bedroom w 2 queen size beds and an air mattress so it sleeps, 6. It has central heat and AC and a large enclosed Florida room to enjoy the weather without the bugs. It has a fully fenced yard in back and parking in the driveway for 3 cars as well as street parking. Dogs are allowed with pet fees no cats.

A starter pack of laundry detergent, toiletries, and dishwasher detergent are in your unit when you arrive, so you'll have time to go shopping after you are refreshed and relaxed.

Hi, We are the Finch family. We are so happy you have chosen to stay with us! We know that you can choose anywhere. We pride ourselves on making sure we have a desk/office area in each of our units, for those remote workers, as well as all the conveniences that make your stay more pleasant such as keurig coffee pots, high speed internet, smart tv's, and full kitchen set ups for hosting meals or staying in and eating healthy.
We had to travel a lot for work and would rather not eat out but eat in after long days, or have the potential to pack a lunch and have better food choices. We also just wanted to feel more at home than in a cramped hotel room. We enjoyed blessing small business owners instead of corporate hotel owners as well. We have many beautiful hikes around our units and fantastic restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
